Compared to other Fogo de Chão locations, this one falls short in delivering the complete rodizio experience. Additionally, the servers lack attentiveness towards customers and fail to explain the menu to first-time diners. Numerous customers I spoke with echoed these complaints. Customers: Make sure you ask them to explain the menu and options they have.

The same tables kept getting the really good cuts, whereas we only got filet one time and had our coins on green the whole time.

The food and service was amazing, but where we were seated we were not to happy about it. The host set my husband and I next to the bust area. Which became very noisy as business started to pick up.

The meat was tough. The filet was the only steak that was really edible. Staff was friendly.

Good experience but we kept asking for medium/medium well steak and they never brought it. Additionally, I had to inform the waiter that my dessert was free after the manager told me it would. Then, after I asked for a cheesecake with no strawberries, they brought me the cheesecake with it covered in strawberry sauce. When I informed of the mistake, then said they had run out of cheese cake, so I had to get another dessert. Overall, okay experience but wish it could have been better

It was the worst Fogo de Chao we've been to. The floors were so filthy that your shoes slid in the non-carpeted section. The only servers that kept coming around were chicken legs and sausage. After patiently waiting, we had to ask for steak, lamb, ribs, etc., otherwise we doubt it would have ever arrived. The salad bar was sad. It was very limited compared to other locations. Ladies room for only one person at a time that had a line. In a restaurant that easy seats over 300pp, this was poor. Fortunately, staying in the hotel next door and went to the room to use the bathroom! When I returned, the ladies room still had a line. Ugh. We would never return to this particular location. Not worth $200.00 for two persons.

Food and wait service were excellent. The restaurant was overbooked and we waited for apprx. 30 minutes despite having reservations. The dishes at the food stations were dirty and it seems that the restaurant ran out of clean drinking glasses.

Very different experience than Dallas. Out of sides at times, had to request water refills and sides, well done food was so crispy aka burnt it crumbled on me and the table, salad bar not impressive. For the price, cleanliness especially floors and restroom need to exemplify exceptional service all the way around. When we shared food concern, we were told to tell the manager or someone else.
