Le Fogo de Chão est un Steakhouse brésilien de premier plan, ou churrascaria, qui est spécialisé dans les viandes de haute qualité rôties au feu depuis plus de 36 ans en utilisant la technique séculaire du churrasco provenant de la cuisine brésilienne du sud. Our server didn’t show up even once The meat people were terrible and didn’t come by after once. We asked for some fries for the kids and got charged 20 dollars ??

Fogo de Chão was a fantastic experience! The meats were all perfectly cooked and flavorful, and the salad bar was fresh and impressive. The service was excellent, with the gauchos (meat servers) attentive and friendly. Celebrating my wife's birthday, but perfect for a night out filled with delicious food.

We went for Mother’s Day dinner and we weren’t very satisfied. We don’t think that we will be going back anytime soon. The meats took a long time to come around. We ate more salad and foods from the open bar than we ate meat. For the almost $300 we spent (3 adults 2 kids) it was ok. Also, there was 3 of the same meats going around, wasn’t really much of a variety of meats that came to our table.

Long wait for food. We asked for medium rare on almost all meats and most were rare. I’m edible. Ribeye was tuff as leather and chicken legs were like jerky. Our server was great and tried to accommodate us bye getting what we wanted.

It’s been 5 months since we have been!!! Service and food was outstanding. Back to how it used to be to be. Servers were amazing made sure we had everything we needed. Seems like the meats were constant and not having to wait long for anything requested. Very happy with this visit glad we went back and gave them a try!! Not sure if updated training or more help but it was very busy and great service!

We have dined here several times, and each time it is excellent. The staff is always very welcoming and kind. My favorite meat that comes around is the filet mignon, and my husband loves the sausage. We went for brunch, and I thought the waffles were excellent. There was also a pound cake on the market table that was amazing. Our son, whose birthday we were celebrating, has chosen Fogo de Chao for his birthday meal for 3 out of the 10 years he's been alive. We were dining with our 10-year-old, 3-year-old, and 4-month-old. The staff was so accommodating and friendly to our children. This is a fancier restaurant, but so welcoming to children.

Pretty disappointing for the price. Many of the cuts of meat were very tough and under-seasoned. Service was lacking in it's timeliness. Also, ordered a bottle of wine that took a while to arrive. We ordered a second bottle and after an extended period of time, a manager came by to tell us they were out of that wine and offered us another selection which we accepted. This wine took even LONGER to arrive (if you have to substitute something, wouldn't you have it ready to serve?). We have dined at this location and other locations of this chain and this was by far the worst experience. For $400 for 4 people, I doubt we will be back.

I was very disappointed this time. We went to celebrate my birthday for lunch. There were only 2 people serving the meats, which was very disappointing. Then it took until they reached their full rotation that we got the cut of meat we were looking for. I was very disappointed this time, first time ever. Don't think I would return to this restaurant for lunch again. Very disappointed. My Cosmo tasted like some sort of spice. Not sure why. I ordered a regular Cosmo and it tasted like something from a holiday seasonal drink. I didn't complain, because that is what I do not do. But It just wasn't like the restaurant we have visited in the past. Probably will not go back there again. There are other Brazilian restaurants much better than this one. Sorry, I do not normally complain about this, but this is the worst experience I have ever had.

This location just can’t seem to be able to get their act together when in comes to service. And when the service is bad everything else suffers We will just drive the extra 10 minutes to Oak Brook from here on out.

Everyone at Fogo was extremely friendly and attentive! Food was excellent as usual. Loved trying the new drinks. Special shot out to Xochitl. She went around the tables and personally greeted everyone. One member of our table is vegetarian. She made sure to bring him some roasted veggies. We really appreciate you!!!

Throughout the meal, our waitress was an absolute delight, providing attentive and personable service that enhanced our enjoyment of the evening. We got there just as they opened and the bathroom was out of toilet paper…someone didn’t do his/her side work! I mentioned it to the hostess and she couldn’t have cared less. Didn’t move from her spot. Food was great. Go to the bathroom at home!

Everything was amazing. My brother and I went on Easter Sunday and the service was magnificent. The waiters checked on my brother and I numerous times. Desert could have been better, but overall, great food, great people, and great atmosphere.

Although it was Easter Sunday and it was packed (we had reservations) we were seated within 15 minutes of our arrival. The service was excellent and the food as good as it always is so I want to commend the staff and kitchen for a wonderful brunch with my family!

Some of the meats didn’t have a good flavor. We went there for date night, but I felt way over dressed. Service was good, but even the food bar had food “old” food on it.

In the 5 years of enjoying this Fogo many things have change taking away from our original dining experience. Tables no longer have a side plate for Groucho to cut meat too instead they cut on there stand and make a mess on the table. Our last 2 visits both times meat was cut and landed in our iced tea. No long get a salad fork one fork for whole meal. Yesterday they were truly short Groucho’s— only Two at lunch and most meats were extremely charred on outside. We noticed if you don’t ask for finer meats like ribeye, filet, lamb chops etc you have to ask and then wait for them. Over all we feel the over appeal has gone Down

The food is excellent. Everyone here is willing to do anything for you. Whatever you need, they will bring you. Management is always very nice and very friendly. They are there to serve you right along with their servers. Everyone here plays their part as a team.

The servers are great. They are fast and everywhere to be found. You have to season your own meat cause it’s bland.

Something was "off" this visit. The service was terrible. The same meats kept coming out. One of the gauchos went to cut the meat upward toward my face with her knife. Watched someone from the kitchen take food off the salad bar and eat it with his hands.

I had set reservations for 7:00PM over a week before, expecting it to be packed and busy on a Saturday, granted I called ahead because I was running late by 10 mins and let them know, In actuality I arrived and checked In at 7:05. They told me that they didn’t have a spot yet for me and to wait In my car, and they would text me when it was ready! I asked If it was over or under 15mins.. they said over, I asked over or under 30 mins… they said under. I waited until 7:50 PM to be sat at my table I reserved and was not pleased with that, comped or accommodated for the delay, which ruined my plans I had for after dinner, which was also another expensive endeavor that I had to reserve, and place a deposit for. Not pleased with that aspect, otherwise it was to par on every other aspect as to be expected at a Michelin Star restaurant.
