Shaween and Sheldon made our 2nd anniversary and first dinner out after having our 2nd baby one of the best dinner we’ve had. Everyone was so friendly and attentive. They always made sure we were taken care of and asked if we were waiting or looking for a certain cut of meat. We’ve been here every year for our wedding anniversary and will come back again sooner because of the service and food this time around. Love you guys and keep up the great service!

We used to go here semi regularly for special occasions. This was our first trip back post covid and the quality of food has gone way down. Everything that came out was overcooked and dry. Food runners were also slower than I've ever seen. We were also over charged. It was definitely not worth the price. I will not go back.

Great food and atmosphere. Food service was slow at the start but ended up doing extremely well throughout the evening. Waiters were very accommodating.

We have always loved coming to this restaurant. We decided to go after the Lynx game so had a reservation for 930. Our service was quite different than we have had before. Very little attention from any of the servers. Most of the meat was overcooked and salad bar shut down half way through our meal. They did tell us prior to shut down, but changed our experience. This experience was just so different than we have ever had.

It was our first time and it was little underwhelming. The service was good and food was decent. It was one of those places that you try it once but won’t return.

Fogo is always a solid choice--great food, great service, and the restaurant/bar has been upgraded. There are often specials to eat here (deals/events/etc.) but going in and paying full price is definitely okay because the meal is so delicious!

We were there for a big family dinner before a Mercy Me and News Boys concert. What a great experience and meal for our four boys. They loved it. We all loved it. Nice work Fogo!! Well done

I always make it a point to attend the special events they offer. Such a lovely space so lively and I meet interesting people. Makes an old girl feel special to be there! I love the fried cheese and Travis always makes me nice drinks. See you at the bar which is where I always sit.

Wonderful service and food as always. All the meats are seasoned perfectly. The cheese bread and baked cheese are amazing. The only bad thing is I wish I could eat more!

They kept on skipping our table because they had us in the back corner. Felt like they didn’t come back there because it was a tight squeeze. Also had us by where all the waiters came to run cards and you could hear them just being inappropriate.

Salad bar was average. All types of meat tasted the same-seasoned with to much salt. Meats very fatty. Price for 3 people was $14 short of $300 WILL NEVER DINE HERE AGAIN! !

My first time there and I LOVED IT! Food was amazing, great service. Just absolutely amazing. Will definitely go back. I can honestly say that now they are my favorite restaurant!

Fogo used to be my favorite celebration/special occasion place. This was our second poor service experience here. We had a table of 14 with 2 servers: it took over an hour to get our drinks, and the food guys consistently skipped the folks in the middle of the table. Other tables our size seated after us left before we were done because we had so many ignored people waiting for food at our table. We asked repeatedly for the meat to come by, and one of our servers even took a list for us. They still only served some of us, despite asking more than once. One of our party went home hungry because he was skipped even after we brought it up to servers. Yes, our cards were green. Eventually we gave up. I’m so disappointed that my favorite place has been so awful the last two visits in a row. The food we did have was awesome, but the overall experience was terrible.

We only were served 4 of the meats in an 1-1/2 hours. They were busy and just seemed to not make it to our table

I hadn’t been in many years. I thought they really crammed people in, very little room to walk around the tables to get to the salad bar without fighting the staff trying to serve. The service was horrible, barely anyone to take plates, bring food around, get refills, etc. if I’m going to pay that for food I expect a better experience and value for my money.

Well we have been to this restaurant many times before! Surprisingly we thought having dinner at 4pm would be great wit less crowds. This was not restaurant week so we would get the full experience or treatment. In the middle of our dinner our waiter never came back so we had to explain to staff what we ordered. The guys that were serving the meat went past the smaller tables, serving large groups. You can get full quickly from salad bar, I don’t we got to taste all the different meats!

I’ve been to Fogo many times across several locations - never has the service been so poor. We all ordered the full experience however our incompetent waitress did not bring the meat medallions until we were seated for more than 50 mins. Our drinks were not refilled and she never stopped by to swap out plates. When she asked at the end if we were celebrating anything, and my nephew replied it was his birthday - she accused him of lying. At this point of the meal we had all been extremely irritated by her lack of service but this accusation really crossed the line. I likely will never return to Fogo in Minneapolis for personal or business meals if this the behavior from waitstaff. Very disappointed as this was one of my favorites in the city!

We were ignored by our waitress after taking our drink order. Another server stepped up and that's the only reason the service got 3 stars. Miguel is awesome!

We absolutely loved our experience. It was my husband’s birthday and they gave us all the best meats from the start! They were super attentive to the table! It was great!

Excellent service, incredible market table (salad - & much more - bar) but I really can’t eat that much meat. The sirloin was tough, bacon wrapped beef over done, but the rib eye was out of this world delicious. I wish they had more seasoned cuts. Lamb could have used a nice crust of herbs & spices, IMO. Sides were yummy and the cheesy puff rolls and black bean soup were worth filling up on! But don’t, save that for the rib eye, if you can! If you can eat a lot, especially meat, this place is a value to you. Otherwise, we’ll visit only on very special occasions, oh, and then you get a complimentary dessert!

Salad bar is still great. The service has gone down hill a little bit from pre-covid. The meat servers were not as attentive as in the past and it seemed a little less special. The valet parking said it was 12.00 on their website but the charge was over 16.00, not sure what that was about. Still great but not the treat it used to be.

We got seated promptly, but I had to ask the waitress twice to explain how dining there works it was my sister’s birthday 🥳 and I wanted to make her day special. After the initial request to explain what is all involved with our experience she told us to flip the card to green and red to stop them from coming to our table. She never asked if we needed plates. Also, I asked her point blank for a glass of ice water. She only brought a glass of 🧊. With no water. Then. When my sister opened the mineral water at the table and at the end of the dinner it was $15.00 for two bottles of mineral water. I saw 👀 another waiter walking around filling tap ice water like I originally asked for🤦🏿‍♂️. That’s when I realized we were bamboozled! In addition, we had to waved waiters down for more mashed potatoes, bread, and plantains. Sometime we would wait 10-15 minutes to have more hot food options. It was not the best first impression I would want my sisters 👯‍♀️ to have. $260.00 later for 3 people for one dinner with bad service. I will definitely pass the next time I want to impress family and friends👎🏿
