Reservation was 6:45 but we didn’t get in until 7:20. Servers were not attentive. We felt very rushed and overall was just a terrible experience.

I’ve been here more times than I can count and have always had a great time until now. For some reason it seemed like there were fewer meat choices making their way around the dining room. I will say out of the limited selection that did make it was delicious. Now in to the service… I asked the person I thought was my waiter for some Tabasco sauce but he brings back chalulla. I asked if he had Tabasco (I’ve had it before there) and he says that was all they had. We asked another guy who brings us some Tabasco, go figure they had it. When Yasmine decided to visit my table to see if we needed anything I ordered a drink that someone else brought to the table almost 20 minutes later. Despite the need to fill everyone’s glass of water surrounding my table she skipped mine leaving me to have to go to the bar for a refill. The service was just the worst.

By far my most disappointing visit. I had this planned for weeks and passed up on other locations closer to me because I favored this location. Our server disappeared in the middle of service, just stopped showing up. I informed her of the birthday I was celebrating with my partner and how I wanted to surprise him. That never happened AND I was charged for dessert. I don’t recommend the brûlée cheesecake btw. Other than that, the same foods were offered to us more then 3 times in a row and some servers skipped right past us to cater to larger parties. This was supposed to be a special day and it was ruined to be honest. To have paid so much just to leave hungry, disappointed in the dessert and not feeling special during a special time was disheartening. I’m sad to say it, but I will no longer be treating Family and loved ones here due to the inconsistent service.

I’ve been going Fogo de Chao for the past 10 years but today’s service was terrible. I don’t think we’re going back to this location ever again. The servers attitudes were even worse than the downtown fast food restaurants.

Highly encourage for coordinators booking large groups to call in advance and ask how long the wait is for RSVPS the day of. When it’s a busy night the delay for groups of 5+ can be up to 1.5HRS. Note: call the restaurant to let them know you are running late or else you will be removed from the reservation list. For my first time dinning at this Brazilian chain of churrascarías outside of Texas during college graduations the venue should have been better prepared for the influx of guests.

Fun for graduation dinner gathering with 20 family members. Servers do a good job and plenty of gauchos making rounds with hot and tasty meats. A bit loud and tables are jammed close together making it a bit tricky to get through to the market table. Overall good!

The event participants were segregated and the experience of fogo de chao was taken away.. we sat and waited for the food 35 mins after. The total price was not worth the experience.

Great place for a celebration lunch. I had the "Gaucho Lunch" which was the buffet & a entre chicken for less than $28.00. Felt like a great value. Everyone else had the endless assortment of meats which, for lunch, was a bit pricey at $45.00 but they ate their money's worth! I would definitely go again for a group lunch or dinner.

I’ve been to a few fogo de chão locations so far usually I get the best service in LA location but this time food took so long to come around the table and it was a slow night

“Fogo 44 special” ($49 for California) brought us back after several years and is a terrific value if you can do w/o filet mignon. All day every day happy hour is also good, $5 beer, $8 wine, $10 cocktails. The salad bar has noticeably been reduced but still good. Lots of kids <6 since they eat free. Honestly it felt more like a Brinker or Darden chain restaurant than the posh atmosphere of the past.

Fogo is a phenomenal experience and restaurant. It’s one of our favourite places to go. The service is amazing. If you have a particular cut of meat you’d like and don’t see it going around you can ask for it. At the downtown location all South American wines are half off. This is a great deal!

The staff is outstanding, though the food is not great. Most of the meats were tough and salty. We would have preferred to pay a bit more for a traditional steakhouse with higher quality food.

We visited Fogo de Chao prior to attending a Kings Hockey Game…we have done this before and will do it again…the wait staff are very attentive and the food is alway a cut above…we also enjoy their wine selections

Service was horrible. We were waiting for our drinks for long, long time, also we got wrong drinks. We placed a second round of drink, this time the totally forget.

Great time here. They were fast and consistent with the food. The vibes were cool. I had a better time here than Texas de Brazil

Honestly I was very disappointed… the service was not the best, meat came far and few and out of the 16 meats they speak of you are lucky to more than sausage & chicken

our waiter was excellent and so was the rest of the staff.. Wish they would have mention on the website that brunch would not be available for Easter. Since it was a full menu we should not have to request the finer meats. Our waiter was Super Good

It’s hard to go wrong at Fogo and it’s always special. For meat eaters it is a magical delight in between the over the top salad buffet, and the unmatched choices of meat that are delivered directly to your table. It’s no wonder that they’re always busy. To complement your entrée they have an excellent wine selection and an outstanding modestly priced house selection that never fails. For me, they are a five star Dining section perfect for date night or just treat yourself.

Husband and I stopped by to have lunch this past Friday at 1. We have previous enjoyed other Fogo de Chao in Irvine, Beverly Hills, & Las Vegas. This one location in downtown LA was the worse meat cuts we’ve had in a Brazilian Churrasco. At first it smelled old and not pleasant inside. It was not food smell for sure. We were so looking g forward to a good meat, but to our surprise everything g was overcooked dried and unflavored. None of the meats had that kosher salt, normally the picanha steak is juicy and flavorful, Not at all this time. The salad bar was the only good part and my glass of wine. No piece of meat was good. Chef needs to add some salt. And not over cook the meats. Also, I had to ask if they serve the grilled cheese and not at one point were we offered desert. Very dissatisfied with this experience.

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary and her birthday at Fogo de Chao, and it was an absolutely gorgeous experience from start to finish. The ambiance was elegant and romantic, setting the perfect tone for our special occasion. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel pampered and celebrated. The food was exquisite, with a wide array of perfectly cooked meats and delicious sides. The attention to detail and the impeccable service truly made it a night to remember. We couldn't have asked for a more memorable way to celebrate such important milestones in our lives. Fogo de Chao exceeded all our expectations, and we can't wait to return for another unforgettable dining experience.

This is literally the first time I have ever posted a negative review, but this location deserves this candid review. First, the receptionist was pleasant….from there it all went down hill. We had reservations before going to Crypto arena. We were one of two tables when we were seated. We ordered drinks, ordered our entrees and then went to the food bar. Everything on food bar was fresh and what I tried was good. We came back and continued to wait for our drinks and finally asked someone else where our drinks were. When they finally did come, they were fine. The waiter didn’t seem to be able to listen or remember what we ordered on several different levels and when my entree came it was salmon not sea bass. They came back out a bit later with my sea bass and it was cold and lacked any flavor. My coworker said his sea bass was also cold and flavorless. I sought out a manager quietly as I was with work customers and didn’t want to make a scene in front of them. The manager offered to reheat or remake. I told him we had to get to game and he took my entree off the bill, which I did appreciate. Maybe that’s what I get for ordering fish at a steakhouse. We ordered a few more drinks, again nothing fancy and it took much longer than it should have given the light crowd and my work guest never did get his water refill. I was candidly embarrassed I picked this restaurant for a nice work dinner engagement. I would never return to this location. I have eaten at Fogos before with great outcomes. Perhaps this location just had a bad night.

Its a great time, and the ambiance is excellent, however they failed to deliver multiple dinners to our party, and then still charged for them.
