I have been going to Fogo De Chao since 2014 (Brazil, Arizona, and Nevada). Last night (Las Vegas, NV) was the worst service I ever experienced there. We were situated in the back corner of a large room and the meat servers would not walk to our area. We had to routinely ask the hostess to tell them to bring us meat. Later, it took asking three times over a period of 20 minutes to finally get brought filet mignon brought to the table. It took longer to get another item. The standard should be walking to ALL the tables. Management needs to fix this.

Overpriced on Mother’s Day, the meats were not as good a Texas de Brazil , service was pretty bad until our waiter apparently was off and didn’t even tell us someone else was taking over, luckily she was really helpful, but ultimately it was just really not that good and for 4 people it was very expensive for mediocre food and service. Just my opinion.

Normally it is excellent. Went on Mother’s Day and it was PACKED! The salad bar was really empty with a long line. They were trying to put food out so quickly that it was very tough and not cooked correctly. They were also so busy that it took us 30 minutes to get anyone to bring any meat and then they disappeared. We left hungry and upset. Do NOT recommend going on special occasions!

Wait time- our table became available 20 after my reservation time. Service- We expected crowds because it was Mother’s Day. However, even with reservations Fogo De Chao doesn’t plan well and this must be overwhelming for the employees. The poor host was seemed so annoyed that she would answer to guests with sarcasm and even rolled her eyes at several of them. Food- meat quality is not the best, they were chewy. Our side dishes arrived when we were done eating.

We ate here after our wedding! So delicious! A bit pricey and they do charge for water, and random appetizers they set on your table. Just keep that in mind! But still 10/10!

It was crazy packed and they didn’t seem ready or prepared to handle the amount of people who came to the restaurant. Wait was extra long even with a reservation but as usual the food was amazing.

I took my parents here along with my husband and two teen children. The staff is very professional and kind, however from the first moment you sit down (5:15 for us with our 5pm reservation) they offer you sparkling or flat water - that's your first upsell. If you prefer regular tap water for free, you'll need to say that. Flat water is $9/bottle. The salad bar is decent, not many cheeses and there is no soup. Other Brazilian restaurants offer much more variety. The food is very good, however the experience is sprinkled with uncomfortable upsells about every 15 min. Tableside cocktail carts, wague ribeye for $160/24oz. It's just too much upsell. I don't think we will be back.

This is a very rushed experience. The meat handlers rush by, barely explain what they have and then run off to the next table. Care that you don’t get blood in your clothes. They are moving that fast. Very loud environment. Especially if a parent has a screaming kid. Not restaurants fault but definitely not an experience I want to pay for again.

The meat service was not great. It was very slow and we didn't get a variety. The meat tasted too much like the fluid used to light the unit that it is cooked in.

We started off by getting sat quickly then immediately had to get up and get out own plates for the meat and after that service was just terrible came by twice in the hour we were there.

Good service but compared to other locations the salad bar was not as full and soup was lukewarm at best. The staff there is the best part as they made it a special night for my birthday preteen.

They don’t tell you anything about the meals and deals. They come ask if you want something but didn’t tell the table it was not included from the meats. They also tried to slide in drinks and then charge you.

This was heaven on earth for those meat lovers in our group! We had a family and there were options for all food preferences even the vegetarians! We had two of our group rave about this well after dinner ended. Great service also- Thank you!

The meats are plentiful and absolutely delicious. The salade bar choices are amazing. They usually have some sort of rice and beans which they did not, and beets on the salade bar which they did not. The customer service manager, Joao, took care of it right away. Criticism: they took the flan off the dessert menu and have not put it back on. They had the BEST flan!!!

As usual the Bar event was a total success for me and my guest. I love coming to these events as I get to try different foods. I love dinning in the regular dinning room also. You can go wrong by dinning at Fogo de Chao. They have always been a 5 plus star restaurant over the many years that I have been a customer

Would have been five stars, but it seemed like we had to keep asking for the meat servers which was annoying. We had 18 people so they offered us a $135 per person that included desert and all drinks for 90 minutes. Worth it if you are with drinkers.

Nice venue and really good experience. The staff was really nice and paid attention to details. They kept on asking what type of meat we wanted to get which I thought, it was a nice touch considering the amount of people in the restaurant. The only point I would improve is the salad / deli bar as well as the side dishes.
