Le Fogo de Chão® (prononcé fo-go dèe shoun), est un authentique steakhouse du sud du Brésil. En 1979, le Fogo® a commencé à faire partager les méthodes gaucho de préparation de la viande à Porto Alegre, au Brésil. Ici, les chefs gaucho manient toujours le grill avec talent pour préparer 20 pièces de viande et proposent un service continu. I have been going to Fogo De Chao since 2014 (Brazil, Arizona, and Nevada). Last night (Las Vegas, NV) was the worst service I ever experienced there. We were situated in the back corner of a large room and the meat servers would not walk to our area. We had to routinely ask the hostess to tell them to bring us meat. Later, it took asking three times over a period of 20 minutes to finally get brought filet mignon brought to the table. It took longer to get another item. The standard should be walking to ALL the tables. Management needs to fix this.

Overpriced on Mother’s Day, the meats were not as good a Texas de Brazil , service was pretty bad until our waiter apparently was off and didn’t even tell us someone else was taking over, luckily she was really helpful, but ultimately it was just really not that good and for 4 people it was very expensive for mediocre food and service. Just my opinion.

Normally it is excellent. Went on Mother’s Day and it was PACKED! The salad bar was really empty with a long line. They were trying to put food out so quickly that it was very tough and not cooked correctly. They were also so busy that it took us 30 minutes to get anyone to bring any meat and then they disappeared. We left hungry and upset. Do NOT recommend going on special occasions!

Wait time- our table became available 20 after my reservation time. Service- We expected crowds because it was Mother’s Day. However, even with reservations Fogo De Chao doesn’t plan well and this must be overwhelming for the employees. The poor host was seemed so annoyed that she would answer to guests with sarcasm and even rolled her eyes at several of them. Food- meat quality is not the best, they were chewy. Our side dishes arrived when we were done eating.

We ate here after our wedding! So delicious! A bit pricey and they do charge for water, and random appetizers they set on your table. Just keep that in mind! But still 10/10!

It was crazy packed and they didn’t seem ready or prepared to handle the amount of people who came to the restaurant. Wait was extra long even with a reservation but as usual the food was amazing.

I took my parents here along with my husband and two teen children. The staff is very professional and kind, however from the first moment you sit down (5:15 for us with our 5pm reservation) they offer you sparkling or flat water - that's your first upsell. If you prefer regular tap water for free, you'll need to say that. Flat water is $9/bottle. The salad bar is decent, not many cheeses and there is no soup. Other Brazilian restaurants offer much more variety. The food is very good, however the experience is sprinkled with uncomfortable upsells about every 15 min. Tableside cocktail carts, wague ribeye for $160/24oz. It's just too much upsell. I don't think we will be back.
