Service was extremely slow, servers taking anywhere from 10-20 minutes to circle back to our area to serve meat, what you come here and pay for. Food was okay at best, was really looking to make my wife’s bday special but this location did not deliver.

I recently visited Fogo de Chão at the Irvine Spectrum, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite the restaurant's reputation for quality. The service was incredibly slow. The attentiveness of the staff was lacking. We had to repeatedly flag down servers to request more meat. At a restaurant that prides itself on continuous table service, this was particularly disappointing. The meat selection was also inconsistent, I didn’t even get offered the full selection available. This is not the level of service I expected. Additionally, the atmosphere was not as inviting as I had hoped. The restaurant was very noisy, making it difficult to hold a conversation. We were sat near the salad bar which made it feel like an overpriced Hometown Buffet. Furthermore, the tables were placed very close to each other, which made the dining experience feel cramped and uncomfortable. Overall, my visit to Fogo de Chão at the Irvine Spectrum was highly disappointing. I expected much more from a restaurant of this caliber and, unfortunately, it did not deliver.

I paid in full but I also paid for the shrimp, they should communicate better with customers! The digestif was very bad and very expensive!!! The meat and the rest very good!

It was not the best dining experience for us. We made the reservation for outdoor seating on a nice June evening, but was told that they were not seating people outside, even though all the tables on the patio were set with silverware and napkins. We were eventually seated outside after asking for manager's approval. Then an issue came with the menu. We were not big eaters and so wanted to order entrees instead of doing the AYCE "experience". Then we were told that all meat entrees are not offered on weekends (including Friday evening?)? There was nowhere on their menu indicating that the meat items are not offered on "weekends". We felt that they just made up rules as they go along? We enjoyed the market table and the feijoada bar items. The salmon entree was pretty good, while the tofu and black bean pasta were not. We were amused that we went to a Brazilian steakhouse and ended up having no meat main courses.

for our first time it was unclear how it worked with plates etc. Our server was not very clear. A list of meats provided would have been great. The meat was not served very hot- (but the meat servers were great!) We wished more sauces would be available to add flavor to the meat? it wasn’t clear if we had to use the same plate from the salad bar (which seemed weird to not get a fresh plate). Salad bar was amazing. we felt the music could be livelier? candles on tables? The ambiance wasn’t what we expected - but again- it was our first time. overall very average.

The experience was horrible. Service was so slow and they really didn’t care about customers. They had limited options without explaination. Couldn’t get anyone to check on us throughout our stay and had to ask for more meat options, silverware and the bill. So not worth price anymore. Used to travel to this location .

We sat at some rando table .. wasn’t the best seating. We waited a long time before served any meat…and yes, our green card was up. The server was nice and friendly.. just the meat service was really slow and we kept getting offered the same meat.. the bottom round. We rarely was offered the lamb or the top cut. Would I go again, probably not. It was a shame as we were celebrating graduation.
