Le restaurant Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse - Dallas (prononcé fo-go dé cha-an) est un authentique steakhouse du sud du Brésil. En 1979, le Fogo® a commencé à faire partager les méthodes gaucho de préparer la viande à Porto Alegre, au Brésil. The meat was very very salty. When the servers cut the meat they always give you the outer pieces which are heavily seasoned rather than the inside pieces which are not as salty. Salad bar is nice with a lot of choices. Glad I tried it but would not go back in a hurry.

We were seated 40 mins after what we scheduled for our reservation. Our waiter was great. Salad bar was awesome... some of the food was good. Not so good with others. Some was tasty.... some was tasting like lighter fluid... mixed drinks were a little weak.... bathrooms were nasty as hell.... would i recommend this location??? Hell naw! Will i be back??? Hell naw lolol

Fogo in Addison has missed the mark in a number of ways. On the positives they did hold our reservation time even though the front was very crowded and the valet was on point. Unfortunately it goes down hill from there. Fogo de Chao has historically been an upscale dinning and experience, however I very disappointed. Salad bar was in good order and everything was fresh, the meat was just off the mark with the bacon wrapped chicken very dry and some of the meat cuts seemed a little rubbery for lack of a better word. The main point for review is the service was non existent, on several occasions we asked for drinks/sides/silverware that were never brought. It was nice we had a water feature by our table, a leaking ceiling into some utensil bowls at the end of the table. The restrooms were not taken care of and on par with a fast food restaurant. We have had large tables on holidays without issue but the service at the Addison location was bad and very understaffed, the facilities we not maintained to the level one would expect from Fogo and food was off on top of everything else. I don't think I am done with Fogo De Chao but will never go to Addison location again.

We were put in the back room behind hostess because it packed. The food was not its best and stopped coming often despite the green side showing face up. We had to keep asking the waitress to ask the kitchen to bring more meat and few times. It was so slow, we grew tired of waiting so just went to desert. Food's been better, it was a disappointing experience.

Food was excellent. Service was not. There were no bowls for the soup. People were waiting and I finally gave up. Our server didn’t ask if we wanted another round of drinks. So everyone only had 1. Sides finally came out towards the end of the meal. Ordered chilled shellfish tower and that took forever to come out.

Our experience was great. The service and staff were attentive, genuinely concerned that we were having a perfect experience and happy. The food was great. The servers made sure we had the right type of meat and cooked to the appropriate temperature for our preference. An overall fantastic experience!

We have been going to the Addison Fogo de Chao for 25 years, and it has never disappointed. The quality of the salad bar and meat is second to none.

This was the worst of all my times here. As for holidays, I have been on Christmas Day before and service was still good. This visit was disappointing because our service was bad. Waiting 15 minutes for our plates to be cleared while other tables closer to the salad bar were bussed quickly. Asking for a particular meat, and waiting 15 minutes. Main waitress was attentive to other tables, but not ours. Really couldn’t understand it. I know they were busy with it being Easter, but if other tables are being catered to, but not ours near the windows doesn’t make sense. She would clean the table one over from ours and not even check in on ours. Many times the servers with the meats just glanced and bypassed us even though we had our green cards facing up. Servers would bring food to the table in front of us and then rather than continue to us, just turn around and leave. Again, acknowledging that this was a holiday weekend, but tables near us being waited on by the same staff were getting adequate attention, just not ours near the windows.

I love coming to this Fogo de Chao in Addison. The staff and the GM are always so welcoming and attentive. The food was delicious as always. The Sea Bass was amazing. Will be back again soon. M Rubin

Service was slower than what I have experienced in the past. Meat was also not as tender as in the past. Went on Sunday at 1:00pm and they had a breakfast set up, which my wife really enjoyed. It had waffles, home fries, and an omelette station. It was a pleasant surprise. Had to flag down meat servers a couple times.

All I have to say is the Jaime saved the day! His customer service skills is 5 stars. Not to mention he saved Fogo for this review. Because other than that we were treated differently, because we were doing the fogo44 special. Like what’s the point of doing a special if the server is going to make you feel uncomfortable. Other than that. Food was on point, and the Caipirinha always perfect.

Food was great. For service they should cut half their staff. They have too many junior people that keep coming to the table trying to be busy but become a nuisance. They came by too many times when I just wanted to be left alone. Also bringing the check when I was still eating was bad form.

Good overall but this place has slipped. When we drove up there was no sign of anyone at the Valet... and no one showed up after waiting for a reasonable amount of time, so I parked the car myself. After walking back to the entrance from my car, still no sign of a valet. We had OpenTable reservations for 8pm but had to wait until almost 9pm to be seated. The receptionist podium was attended by aloof girls on their cell phones. We did get an acceptable table and a good waiter. In general, the meats were overcooked. Next time, we will be trying a different location in the suburbs where I suppose the stiffer competition keeps standards a bit higher.

Lots of meat! We enjoyed our experience for dinner. The servers were very attentive and we got our fill for sure! Nice ambiance. Excellent recommendation from our sommelier . Will return again when looking for Brazilian style dinner.

Our experience was mediocre… We asked for meat cooked medium. Some of the meat was charred too much while some was undercooked for our liking. Our main waiter was not personable at all. When we asked for more mashed potatoes, beverage refill, etc…, he never acknowledged, never smiled, never said okay, but he did bring them right out. He just seemed uptight, but we did get request fulfilled right away. The salad bar was not as good as it has been in the past. Not as many items, and a lady was cleaning the glass over the top of the salad bar, with food directly underneath, for at least an hour while we were there. We kept hoping nothing would fall into the salad bar. Kept us from going back for seconds. Soup was not to our liking. Brazilian lemonade was good. Cheesecake was good at end of meal.

We enjoyed going to Fogo de Chao over the years for special occasions. This time we were all a bit disappointed. The selection on the market table was good, however it seemed that no thoughts were given as to how people would enjoy the food. Ie smoked salmon would have benefitted from offering small bagels The services was friendly but very slow. All in all it was nice, but we are not hurrying back.

My husband and Ims experience yesterday at Fogo Addison was amazing! We have been to many different Fogo locations and this has to be the best service that we have ever received! Eric took the best care of us! Can't wait to dine here again!

Food was good and service was very good. The waiters asked which meats we were waiting for and how we liked it cooked after seeing us slow down and selectively picking the cuts. The restaurant wasn’t full that night so the service was good and attentive. The only thing was that for a big party our table was too small and felt cramped and was hard to comfortably sit and eat. Also they put all the big parties 4 or more people in cramped area of the restaurant. So get up and to the salad bar was kinda of hard for some of our table.

We had reservations but had to wait an extra 40 minutes. Once we did get a table we were place in a location that people were bumping into our chairs and very close to the table next to us. We had to wait long periods of time for the food to come around to us and even had to start requesting to have them stop at our table because we were getting skipped over. Overall not great for the price we paid to eat there.

We love this location it was crazy busy because of the valentine days holiday. Even though we had a reservation we waited an additional hour to be seated but it was worth it food was delicious like always and the staff was amazing. The manager is always so attentive and very friendly.

I believe quality of the food is not the same as before. Beginning with the hostess and a bad attitude. Not a great start. Salad bar is great but the meat we all believe was different this time, tasted cheap.

We made reservations but still need it to wait about 15 min what is the sense of making a reservation if you have to wait. Lamb had a great flavor but it was rare I don’t eat meat that looks like it has blood on it, I want it more egg plant and it was all gone from the salad bar. Other than that it was good.
