Le restaurant Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse - Dallas (prononcé fo-go dé cha-an) est un authentique steakhouse du sud du Brésil. En 1979, le Fogo® a commencé à faire partager les méthodes gaucho de préparer la viande à Porto Alegre, au Brésil. The service is very good. A lot of people are checking on you, making sure you're having a good time. They let you take your time and enjoy all the cuts of meat that come around. If you miss one of the types of meat you can request it and they come around for you. I recommend taking your time and trying to eat when it's cut right away and nice and hot. They also have a buffet. The fruit helps you feel refreshed and ready for more meat. Don't wait for one type of meat just try them all. If it's not to your taste, just don't finish it they will always clear your plate and give you a fresh one. Overall, it was an awesome time!
