L'emplacement est idéal, tant pour les habitants et que pour les touristes. Le Fogo de Chão est un steakhouse brésilien authentique - une churrascaria – et est devenu une référence au Brésil depuis 1979. Aujourd'hui, les chefs « gauchos » manient toujours aussi habilement le gril et taillent à votre table chacun des délectables morceaux de viande : la coupe picanha (surlonge de spécialité), le filet mignon, le faux-filet, la coupe fraldinha (la surlonge brésilienne), le cordeiro (l’agneau) et plus encore. The ambiance and service was awesome! The waitstaff was super attentive during such a busy time. I made a reservation for noon specifically for The Fogo 44 which I was unaware was too early for table side dining service, they actually called me to explain the times available and without hesitation were able to accommodate a time change. Really appreciated that! The fire roasted meat choices were great and good variety at the market table. Super thankful for the waitress “Mariely” she’s AMAZING, kept checking in but wasn’t overwhelming about it if that’s makes sense. I felt like she was my direct waitress lol! I was stuffed but somehow she persuaded me to get dessert and I’m glad I did!

I love this place, but was a bad idea try to celebrate Mother’s Day there. Even with reservation we waited 1 hour 20 min for out table. All drinks without ice, delays to have someone to bring the side dish, delays to have the meat. Definitely the worst place to celebrate Mother’s Day. Service was horrible.

Meat and server great! Buffet cold and mediocre! Reservations horrible! We waited 45 minutes to be seated WITH A RESERVATION! And the whole reservation system was a mess the NEVER AGAIN!

Food arrived cold. We repeatedly asked for 5 wine glasses at the table, but waiters insisted on 4, because one of us ordered a cocktail as well. We asked a check to be evenly split, but the answer was “we cannot do it”. The staff needs better training.

Meat waz typically over cooked vs what we asked for and the same meats kept coming to our table. We waited about 30 minutes to get lamb chops ans then they were dry and over cooked.

Waiter took 20 mins to come to our table. Had to ask another waiter for drinks as the first one forgot about them… He kept coming to the table asking if we were done or not. We felt rushed not a pleasant dinner experience. Some cuts of meat we extremely salty, food was really average

Was so looking forward to our dinner here. We have been to these type of restaurants before and love them! I feel like all the meat was overcooked and we rarely saw ANY of the premium meats even though we requested to pay the higher price for them. Service was sub par, we got one round of drinks, ordered a second and never saw it. Was very disappointed, not sure we will go back.

Excellent Market table and Churrasco as usual. $44 is unbeatable. Unfortunately our server disappeared after delivering water and drinks. Gauchos were on top of things but other table service was lacking which is uncharacteristic for Fogo.

Not sure why so many negative reviews. We enjoyed a nice lunch at this Fogo. Main server was a sweet younger woman who was a bit slow, but nothing about which to complain. Manager was very kind and checked on our table to ensure all was well. Meats were hot and delicious - and the salad bar was clean and well stocked per usual. Our only complaint was that the gauchos were sloppy. As they cut the meats, they were uncaring about the meat juices flying all over. Juices literally splashed on to the table several times (not drip - I do mean splash), making quite an unsightly mess. At one point, we had to ask for cloth napkins to cover up the mess they were making. We were constantly concerned about our clothing. That part of the experience took away a "star" for us.

Fun eating experience - enjoyed trying many of the ’salad bar’ options. So much to choose from. We hadn’t been there before and weren’t familiar with how things worked - the servers were very friendly, but some language barriers made explanations confusing. We enjoyed trying the table carved offerings, some were better than others (pork was a little dry) and we didn’t get offered every option on the menu. The timing of the offering was unpredictable too. Nice cocktails and wine. Would go back especially with friends and take a couple hours to enjoy all of the offerings.

We had dinner reservations prior to a show and they were very respectful of our time. Service was great, food variety and quality was excellent. Would recommend and go back.

Meal options not explained well. Forgot entrees for two people - when finally brought out - did not bring sides . Had to ask for sides. Refills. Check. Etc. Would not go back.

We were very disappointed in our experience this time at Fogo. We were seated next to a very large birthday party. The women were loud and twerking in the restaurant. Very inappropriate and disturbing to other people. The salad bar was lacking. Missing lots of choices that used to be there. We had two cuts of beef come around. There used to be so many options. We had to ask for the lamb, and apparently that’s the only way to get it. We never saw the ribs. They walked by us multiple times. It was never offered. The drinks took FOREVER. This isn’t the first time we’ve had a poor experience getting the food to come to our table. It’s just disappointing when you spend $66/person and very little options. The waiters, Michael and Samuel, were excellent and attentive. As we left the restaurant we asked for our car, and it took over 30 min for them to have the car to us. I don’t think we’ll be returning any time soon.

All of the meats were tough, chewy and cooked far, far too rare. The waiter would only thick-slice the meats and the combination of super rare, tough and chewy meat literally had us spitting the food out. The salad bar is well exemplified by how they served the kiwi fruit. They didn’t peel or cut off the kiwi skin and then they thin sliced it so, with a level of mind numbing stupidity, they serve unpeeled low sliced paper thin. As you can imagine, no one ate this. The salad bar was full of low quality and poorly prepared foods, and both my guest and I found it to be a major disappointment! The last item, after experiencing the very poor meats and salad was that our waiter had little capability to correctly use a knife to thin slice the meats. We all asked for thin slices but the waiter would only cut very thick slices of all the far too rare meats. I sent a respectful email in to Fogo sharing my party’s experience and never received a response, and that is the final straw, by not responding, Fogo is turning off what were longtime and frequent customers. No thanks, we’ll never go to Fogo again!

We went here for Easter dinner and had a great experience. Since we had already been in the neighborhood, we stopped by the restaurant early to see if we could be seated in advance of our reservation. We were 45 minutes early for our 5:30 reservation and were seated immediately. Our waiter instantly greeted us, provided the table with fresh bread, and directed us to how we could begin our food experience. The food was amazing. Several times throughout our meal, our waiter or a manager stopped by to ask if we had everything we needed. And again I say the food was simply amazing. We had an awful experience at this restaurant on Valentine’s Day of this year. As that had been our first time to the restaurant, we decided to give it another shot. I’m very glad we did! I’m willingly to chalk the prior bad experience to an off night. We’ll definitely be back!

i have ordered picanha, not the ‘all you can eat’ meat menu. the picanha never arrived, so i have only had the salad. …but the bill included the picanha and nobody seemed to care. the worst experience of all the Fogo de chao restaurants i have been to, unfortunately

Excellent service our waitress Gabby very friendly, she took care of us super well it’s my 4th time, I’ve never complained about anything keep doing your good job

I’ve been here three times. Service got worse every time. We didn’t have a dedicated server which leads to confusion, lost orders and mediocre service. You have to hunt down multiple different people to get extras like mashed potatoes and cheese rolls. Not worth it for the $$. I also have celiac and no one could answer my questions or get someone who could (or they didn’t care to try). I’ve been there enough to know the menu but still…

We loved this place but yesterday they were overly booked with not enough servers, meat didn’t come around often enough, with very limited selections and lacking a number of dishes that we loved. Place is crowded and like a zoo. We are very disappointed. We don’t mind to spend money on a good meal, but this time, it feels expensive with lack of value. Very disappointed

Service was horrific from the moment we walked in. We weren’t seated until 40 minutes after our reservation time and when we sat down our waiter was visibly annoyed we were participating in dine out boston that night. I understand they probably instruct him to upsell but he was incredulous that we asked for a menu THEY OFFER for our meal. He was also visibly annoyed one person in our party was not eating due to her severe food allergies and he snatched her place setting and walked away without taking our drink order. I appreciate the stress being in the service industry can cause and understand everyone has an off night, but each time he visited the table later throughout the evening, his behavior was continually off putting. He let us know that he would be happy to get us another round of drinks when we were ready for them, and then when we flagged him over to request just that, he was incredibly befuddled and could not figure out for the life of him what we were asking for. After this, he just duplicated our previous drink order even though one person didn’t want a second, and never came back to the table after that— we had to request dessert and the check from another server passing by. Again, I understand everyone has an off night, but I am not sure that the service industry is for him. The food was delicious but it was a bizarre experience to say the least.
