Le Fogo de Chão® (prononcé fo-go dèe shoun), est un authentique steakhouse du sud du Brésil servant depuis 1979 des grillades préparées à la manière des gauchos de Porto Alegre. Disappointed today. We found the food less flavorful with far less variety of meats than in past visits. The service started off poor but the manager noticed and tried to make up for the initial lack of attentiveness. Our young grandson has always loved the experience and we have enjoyed bringing him here in the past. Based on tonight’s experience, it is time for us to find him a new favorite restaurant in Austin.

What a downgrade from the previous location. Had to beg to get meat to come. Was not good.

The meat service was amazing as usual. We loved all the yummy options in the salad bar as well as the desserts! The only bad part was there is not enough restrooms at this location. Four unisex in total is not nearly enough for all the patrons, especially if you just want to wash your hands before eating. Otherwise, it was a great experience.

Our server was fantastic! We had a 9:30 graduation, but I think there were other large groups from the graduation so we were seated a bit late…maybe 15-20 minutes later. However, once dinner service started, it was great. They closed at 10 pm and the salad bar closed soon after, but the servers made sure we got all the meats served to us. It was a lovely dinner. The manager was also very accommodating, since I contacted him several times to modify my reservation.

service was wonderful, food was wonderful. overall best experience we had. the hostess were super friendly and definitely helped with seating since we had a stroller.

This was a great experience specially bringing my daughter and her boyfriend since they’ve never been to a Fogo di Chao before. We really enjoyed it and the food was amazing.
