We were a group of 20 and were floored by the hospitality bestowed upon on. The food was amazing and everyone enjoyed it thoroughly.

I made a reservation but still had to wait 20 minutes to be seated, and our table was next to a crying baby. Once seated, it took another 10 to 15 minutes just to get water. After visiting the salad bar, which was satisfactory, we still hadn't been approached by any servers. We had to call for a manager to get any meat served. Only one or two servers came by, offering small portions, and then we were left waiting for another 20 to 30 minutes before having to ask again for service. Having been to many Brazilian steakhouses, this location was unfortunately the worst I've experienced. Despite being in a prime area of Austin, I expected much better.

This may have been the worse service I have received by the wait staff, and that's hard to say since covid killed the service industry. MANY items, from food to drinks that were ordered, and never arrived. To get anything, sides/ sauces etc, other than the meat it would take several times asking/ reminding the servers. Many drink orders were wrong for the ones that did finally arrive. Servers were not friendly. Very slow to even find our server. Simple things, like keeping water filled was impossible. Children's "orders" never came after several reminders. We were celebrating a birthday, noted on the reservation and brought to the servers attention. When asking if they were doing a desert or anything for the birthday boy, they told us the kitchen was ready closed, server totally dripped the ball on that one with no sign of apology. Just all very frustrating of an experience! I will certainly not be returning. With all that being said, the team that would go around serving the proteins, were wonderful! Fast, friendly and engaging.

Great food and service! The Brazilian Lemonade and Top Sirloin were the highlights of the evening but everything was great.

Always good food! Love the red pepper brown sugar bacon and grilled mozzarella and honey. The cucumber mojito is also exceptionally tasty.

We ordered the Dry Aged Ribeye and while it was aesthetically appealing, the salt block overpowered the flavor of the meat. Also, the wait time on the steak was longer than expected based on the temperature of the steak when it was brought out. Our steak was served blue though ordered to be cooked to medium. Due to the steak being significantly undercooked, we had to resort to leaving it on the salt much longer than we intended causing the over saltiness. The sides were extremely underwhelming. The service and ambiance were great!

As always Fogo de Chao does not fail to meet my high expectations. This is my first time to the Austin location, but have been to San Francisco, Emeryville and Bethesda locations and they all provide superior service coupled with superior food.
