Le Fogo de Chão® (prononcé fo-go dèe shoun), est un authentique steakhouse du sud du Brésil. En 1979, le Fogo® a commencé à utiliser la façon dont les gauchos préparent la viande à Porto Alegre, au Brésil. I love coming to Fogo De Chao but on mothers day all I wanted was some good lamp chops only thing that came to my table was flank steak medium raw and chicken very irritating

No waiter or waitress at my table. Waited over 15 min for a seat hostess to take our drink order(She felt sorry that no waiter/waitress came to our table). We always catch someone for getting refills. When we asked for a desert menus, they brought a check after waiting for 10 min. Thank you for ruining my husband’s birthday.

I understand the whole Brazilian meat thing. I know it is a very different dining experience. I’ve been here several times. But last night it was particular chaotic. Huge groups. Kids roaming the restaurant and babies crying. This restaurant costs way too much for it to feel like I went to Golden Corral.

Was fine other than the window of car being broken and items stolen from our vehicle while dining. Recommend onsite security for parking lot be present.

We've been to multiple Fogo locations over the past two decades. At least 50 visits. The Buckhead location is always good, but the wait times on Fridays and Saturdays are usually quite long, even if you've made a reservation. Circumstances made us move our Saturday night reservation to Sunday night, and we couldn't have been any more pleased. It was way less crowded. The service was more attentive. The food was incredible, as always. Highly recommended.

Every time I am there I don’t get the entire round of the meat selection. Today was the worst out of all these years. We were sat in the back round table that was tilted and everyone had to gather their water cups and wine glasses in the center so it doesn’t tilt over. Server basically didn’t show. Every time I request for the filet or ribeyes (the ones that’s never around unless you ask) it usually take 20-25 mins. Also asked for grilled pineapple several times and we never got it. Not sure if I’m actually gonna go back not worth $62.99

Salad bar was good but meat quality has gone downhill. Lots of fatty meat and would take forever for them to come around with it. Service was slow too. Too many people around salad bar.

We felt incredibly rushed at our lunch on Sunday. Things were pushed so fast we could not enjoy the meal. Bar drinks also were very weak on alcohol. We won’t be back

They need to be mindful and attentive at all times there were a few times that we did not see food coming past our table even though we had our cards flipped to green, we had to ask for the sides again we had to ask for water and I had to ask for another drink. I also made a note to bring out cake to celebrate my friends birthday that didn’t happen. I don’t know if I was supposed to mention it again, but I did make a note note when I made my reservations, overall, the food was good

Our waitress did not inform us that we were going to be charged $80 worth of water for our group of 17, charged us for a drink nobody ordered, and came off as very impatient with our group. I understand that working with a big group might be difficult, but I did not feel like it was handled very well.

My recent visit to Fogo de Chao left much to be desired. The service was unacceptably slow, with extensive delays in both bringing out the steak cuts and attending to basic needs like providing clean plates and refilling water glasses. These shortcomings significantly detracted from what should have been an enjoyable dining experience.

It was a very special birthday dinner and I had requested it to be recognized but nothing was done even though others in the room were being recognized. Service was slow and inconsistent. A special drink was offered but it was charged to our bill at $15 not of our choosing. Food was good but not worth the expense. Won’t be back.

Fogo de Chão was a great first time experience. I enjoyed taking my girlfriend out for her birthday and the service was phenomenal!
