We went for a Father’s Day dinner. We expected it to be busy secondary to the holiday, but it was packed. We waited in line to park, waited in line to check in, our reservations were not ready at the time they were supposed to be so we waited some more. Once we were seated, we waited in line to get through the salad bar. Our service was poor, and no one ever came to refill our beverages during our meal. Food was good, but overall a very disappointing experience. Not worth the money we paid.

I have dined at Fogo plenty of times. Today, by far was the worst service in my experience. I decided to take my husband here for Father’s Day. After we were seated , the waiter took our drink order. It was 5 of us. She came out with all the 2 soft drinks but not the 3 waters. We waited for 15 minutes, still no water. I took it upon myself to find her. Asked for the remaining drinks; we finished our 1st plate by this time. It was another 10 minutes before she brought the remaining drinks. So, we are 25 minutes in dinner service. My son was frustrated. After, she was no where to be found. Other waiters asked if we were okay, and filled our drinks. I asked the waiter if he had any idea where our waitress went because she abandoned us. He states “we work as a team, she probably went on break.” Well, where was the team when waiting on our water for 25 minutes? I asked for the check, he immediately gave it to me. I am very disappointed. Do better! I spent a lot of money, so we all deserve decent service.

Food was good but not incredible. A few of the cuts of meat were excellent but some were too overcooked and tough. Also, the restaurant was very busy and crowded which created a chaotic atmosphere. Service was excellent. Our waitress at table 83 was very attentive and provided great service. She did a great job checking in on us often and was very friendly.

Restaurant overbooked. Not enough servers for the number of people in the restaurant. All they served are the lower class of steaks. Seems like they cut down on the higher types of steaks. Overall not satisfied with what they served. For the price they charged, they have limited choices. Will not be back. Have dined there many times and the food they served have deteriorated.

This was our first time to Fogo de Chao. We've been in Atlanta for 2 years and by far the best restaurant and service. We love Brazilian steakhouse and by far, Fogo beat the others. The service was impeccable! It felt like we had multiple waiters. They came by every 5 mins checking in on us and refilling our water and sending our preferred meats to the table. This experience was great. The house was packed and they were still able to maintain a high level of service. 5 stars all around.

We’ve been coming to Fogo for over 20 years and it’s always a great experience. However, for this experience we were disappointed having found out we were charged $14 for two bottles of water. Seven dollars each. I just wish we had been told it’s price before it was opened and placed on the table. we only used one bottle, therefore I made sure to take the second one home( knowing I was paying for it) But OMG! $7.00. Anyway! Food is great, dining experience lovely, price and service very good ( except for the bottled water) Lol..
