I went for my six year anniversary and it was such a nice experience. Not too loud and not too quiet. Beautiful with a fireplace in the middle. And the food was soooo yummy ….i recommend the steak so bomb

They didn’t honor the “Social Hour” prices shown on their website. That’s the only reason I went at the time I went. (For the 8-10 pm “Social Hour”). The waiter took hour order at 7:59 PM, and when I asked for the ”Social Hour”, he said it’s still 1 minute away from that. And when I asked to see the special menu, he suddenly mentioned that “they didn’t have that menu anymore and to go and check downstairs… How strange.

I had to put one star on everything because when I arrived, I was told that the restaurant closed at 9 PM. However, on OpenTable I was able to schedule a reservation for 9 PM. Open table needs to make sure that they have the right times for restaurants.

I celebrated my birthday with friends at this restaurant, but unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations. Despite making a reservation six days in advance and attempting to confirm details by phone multiple times, I received no response. Upon arrival at 8 pm, there was no host stand, so I had to flag down a server to inquire about my reservation. We were eventually seated in an area with a broken fire pit and no heater, with no acknowledgment of our reservation. Although a heater was eventually provided halfway through our time there, service was slow, and both food and drinks took excessively long to arrive. Despite these shortcomings, the food was enjoyable, and the drinks were satisfying. However, it was disappointing to still be charged a 20% event fee despite the lack of reservation acknowledgment. In conclusion, while the restaurant may be suitable for a small gathering for food and drinks, the overall experience was marred by poor service and communication.

It’s was really windy when I went. The waiters were helpful with my reservation and paying wasn’t a problem. I didn’t try any food though.
