Located In Downtown Cocoa Beach, Flavour Kitchen & Wine Bar offers an eclectic view to wine bar cuisine!
Inspired by the restaurants and bars of New York, we offer creative fine dining foods served with meticulous attention to detail in a casual restaurant environment. Our menu, prepared by Chef Jason Bunin, is sure to have something for everyone.
From the time you walk through the door to the time you leave, you will see there is nothing ordinary about Flavour Kitchen & Wine Bar. Every dinner, dessert and brunch provides an opportunity for an unforgettable experience. You can have an ordinary dining experience anywhere, just not here!

This place is my happy place, a chance to step out of little Cocoa Beach into a bright lights, big city vibe. Chef Jason never disappoints with an amazing menu - but it’s the specials that really knock it out of the park. James and the rest of the crew stay on top of it and are always ready to serve. Great wine selection as well.

This was our first experience at Flavour Kitchen. Interior set up was very nice and welcoming for an elevated beach restaurant. We told them it was my actual birthday and we’re excited to try them out. Excellent wine selections to choose from. We ordered an Oregon Pinot and it was served very very warm. Burrata special appetizer was tasty. Not a fan of the lobster cake but I wanted to try. Onion soup with bone marrow was sadly bland. Short rib was over cooked. NY strip was overcooked. Short rib pizza was tasty with overcooked short rib on top. The whole red snapper was sold out by 6:30pm so we were unable to try. We really wanted to like this place. I’m hoping the holiday weekend was the reason things may have been ‘off’. Service was prompt and seemed to be just going through the motions. Unfortunately, they did not go the extra mile to make the evening exceptional for us or my birthday. We did not send anything back and we paid in full. I truly hope it was a bad night.

Chef Jason did it again w/ an amazing Grilled Pork Chop & Banana Chocolate Crumb cake - my 2 highlights of his inventive cuisine! James was right there to serve it up and make our evening extra special. Thanks guys & Flavour Kitchen Team!

Table was ready upon our arrival. Received water right away and our cocktails shortly after we ordered them. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Food was fantastic! The star entree was the perfectly grilled veal that came with the most delicious bread pudding (made with truffle oil and mushrooms). And our other entree was strawberry grouper on a delicious corn and lobster infused pancake topped with micro greens. Highly recommend!!!

While the food and service was good, the music was excessively loud and we were crammed in pretty tight for a party of 6. We wound up skipping appetizers to shorten our time given how loud the music was.

Another great night at Flavour! Chef Jason and our server extraordinaire, James served up yummy food and wine all night including the Maryland Blue Crab cake special, beet salad, Jason's delicious staple short ribs dish and my wife going with an amazing Pork Chop special w/ a bacon pancake! Dessert was a sublime Cherry Crumble cake. Thanks for a great Mother's Day Eve!

The food is outstanding! The core menu is great with me always killing myself to decide which appetizer to choose from, they all are terrific. The specials albeit expensive are where this chef shines. Wagu ragu over tortellini (What??) was confusing and fan effin tastic. My dinner partner had the salmon that was accompanied by a fantastic white truffle sauce that we both wanted to bath in. On this night i did notice that the noise level is overpowering, maybe something can be done about this. Great staff, great chef keep it up Flavour Kitchen.
