Following a successful launch in Salt Lake City, Carver Road Hospitality brought its Flanker food and beverage concept to the Las Vegas Strip with their Summer 2023 debut of Flanker Kitchen + Sports Bar at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino. Located at the entrance to the Shoppes at Mandalay Place just steps from the walkway to Allegiant Stadium, the home of the Las Vegas Raiders, Flanker Kitchen + Sports Bar combines Carver Road's premier dining and drinking offerings in a highly-curated environment.
Flanker's extensive menu of elevated American fare features scratch burgers, sliders and shareable tacos, among other handheld favorites. A healthy selection of salads and bowls and weekend brunch items round out the offerings.

Food was lovely, ordered wings to share was timely but server didn’t come with extra plates we had to asked for. Then the burger and chicken sandwich came out we hadn’t finished the wings. Could never find our server felt bad keep asking others to assist with water and napkins. Food was very good, service could do with stepping up a notch.

Roast and potatoes are the best. Kale salad is also good. We are going to go back next time we are in town.

Came to watch the Pac-12 Championship and had a great experience. The Double Wagyu burger was amazing and there was a great beer list. Most importantly, I got to watch the Huskies win on this massive movie theater type screen! Highly recommend, I'm coming back for the Rose Bowl for sure.

If you want to eat at a restaurant with great ambiance and service then Flanker is perfect!!! Our hostess greeted us with a smile and conversation then sat us immediately. Roxy was our server and her energy was comforting and made us feel welcome in the restaurant. I did not expect the food to be so good for a sports bar, but the appetizers and burgers did not fail! A solid 10/10 if you're looking for a nice spot to watch the game and with a lively atmosphere

It's okay for a casino sports bar. Nothing bad to say for the establishment, after all it's a sports bar.

It was extremely loud. The hostess staff was unprofessional. The waitress never gave us forks or napkins until we asked for them. Had we known that the music would be LOUD we would not have chosen Flanker Kitchen and Sports Bar.

Tried Flanker for the first time last Monday. Had a 5:00 reservation so we could watch the first half of the Raiders game. The two of us were seated immediately in a very nice booth where we could see the big screen. We had the chopped wedge salad and the kale salad and split the spinach crab dip and the salt and pepper wings. We each had two of their house cocktails (smoked old fashioned and lemoncello lemon drop). The service was fantastic and we loved the food and drinks. I'd describe it as a cross between a really nice sports bar and a Vegas strip steakhouse, with the prices on the steakhouse end of things. Our bill came to about $250 with a 20% tip. We would absolutely return when we are in Vegas in a couple months.

Poor service. The waitress disappeared after delivering our appetizers. Never asked if we wanted another drink or if we wanted to order an entree. In fact we had to leave our table to find her chatting with other idle wait staff, in order to pay our check. The place wasn’t busy at all. Wont be back!

Requested table, was sat in booth in awkward location behind curtain. Was there for a college game and the restaurant didn’t have CBS so game wasn’t on and we left. Ordered an appetizer that was good but they only offer a brunch menu before 4 pm. Wasn’t expecting a limited menu.

Prices of menu items were twice what was advertised online. We walked out after sitting down before placing an order. Didn’t want to spend that kind of money for bar food hamburgers

Me and my family had lunch reservations at 1:30 Saturday afternoon but the restaurant was closed. They don’t open till 4pm. Might wanna get that fixed.

I had a friend in town staying at Mandalay Bay who wanted to watch the NBA draft so I recommended meeting up at Flanker as I've been to the one in Salt Lake and had enjoyed it. The Vegas version definitely didn't disappoint. There are TVs everywhere, great beer list and the menu was a fun mix of bar favorites. We got Nachos, Korean Wings and split the Wagyu Smashburger. My friend drank 4 of the draft mojitos because he said it was pool szn. It was awesome and I'll definitely go back probably to watch one of the UFC fights.

Visited on their second day of officially opening. Food was excellent!! Great menu! Service was excellent!! We really enjoyed our server Nashawn. Nashawn was one of the best servers we have ever had!! Malik brought our food out and we really enjoyed his service too. Just one of the best dining experiences in Vegas and food was incredible!! I had the salmon which was glazed so nicely and cooked perfectly with broccolini and grain. My friend had the wings with the macaroni and cheese. She said the macaroni and cheese was the best she ever tasted. The wings were big, juicy, and perfectly fried! This is just one of the best restaurant. When in Vegas, you have to go and visit.
