Le chef Mark Monette est responsable des délices culinaires chez Maison Flagstaff depuis 1985. Son style unique intègre la cuisine française et les accents asiatiques, réunis par sa formation acquise dans plusieurs restaurants étoilés Michelin 3 fois, en France et en Orient.     Wonderful experience. The staff were extremely attentive and personable, and they really helped make our anniversary special and memorable. The personal touches were much appreciated and added so much to the experience. The food was excellent, looked beautiful, and came out at a great pace. Thank you for everything!

    We met our family for this exceptional experience! Sheila and her team were fabulous! They explained every portion of our 4 course meal in such detail. It added to the taste of each bite. We were surprised by additional tastings between our original choices. The atmosphere was beautiful and quiet. We were able to hear one another so well. Do not miss the opportunity to experience this gem! Kudos to all the staff!

    Hospitality and service was by far the best in Boulder. Liked being outside, but heat lamps were a bit overbearing. We felt as though other patrons did not follow the dress code. E.g., business casual does not equal jeans and sneakers. Why have a suggested dress code if it is not enforced?

    My wife has a gluten intolerance. Even after communicating and confirming this with the server, she was accidentally served gluten 3 times at the start of the dining experience. There seems to be midscommunication between the front of house and kitchen.

    Me and my husband were just there for our 7yr anniversary last night. The food was impeccable and delicious. We had the four course dinner and it was just wow! We will definitely be returning. I was full by the end of the meal even with the smaller portions served throughout the night. 5 stars all the way. I hope next time the outside seating will be open and available.
