One thing I have about going to LA is going to Fixins it's the most enjoyable spot and their food is so great.

Service was excellent. Food was flavorful and was promptly served. There was no waiting with reservation. Music was somewhat loud, could be lowered.

The food was delicious. The chicken was moist abd seasoned perfectly. The greens, yams and macaroni and cheese were good. The service was fast and professional and never a dirty dish on the table.

I took my family here last night to treat my mom. My mother is very critical about soul food but she took it back when she took her first bite. The food was amazing. The only criticism to her was the music was too loud so we couldn’t hear anything. I told her it may be better to go during the week. Otherwise we loved it and we will definitely be back!

1st time dining and It was definitely Live😊 a full house, music playing in the background jamming too.Right along the "bar area" had a more secluded seating, which I liked & preferred, there were private seating area for a more large family size..the Vibe was very much Classy for it's casual attire, that was a plus.. I'm a "foodie" and the food was 🤌🏼 prices was reasonable I would say.. I enjoyed, it was worth the grub & outing✨

We had the most exceptional experience at Fixins! Jameila our server was amazing! Everyone there was professional, warm and kind which it so comfortable and cozy. The food is incredible and reminded of eating at my Aunt's house and vibe and atmosphere is lovely. From the minute you hit the door every staff member you see says hello and welcomes you. This will be my go to for delicious soul food and awesome ambiance. Winner, winner chicken dinner!!!

I brought my son birthday with us to celebrate his 17th birthday and when the server brought it out to us it had been dropped! The cake was completely separated ,The waiter tried to act like nothing was wrong. My son was heartbroken

Upon arrival was seated within five minutes. The service was amazing. The food was amazing. The owner came by and thanked us for coming just felt really good and had a awesome time. Will definitely come back. we were celebrating our 10 month anniversary and my baby had oxtails and I had the fried catfish so delicious

I really enjoy dining at Fixins. The staff members are very friendly and can also be very funny. The food is good and it's nice that the owner has no problem stopping and talking to people.

The experience was amazing our waitress was real nice she gave amazing service and the music and vibes were 10/10 Food was seasoned so well I hate when I have to put extra salt and pepper on everything and it’s still not seasoned enough but that was not the case here everything cooked to perfection!

Every time we attend a Clippers basketball game I make a note to come here but until last night we never have. I’m excited to report that it is every bit as good as it looks! Excellent crunchy delicious fried chicken. Fried deviled eggs sound weird, but they are delicious! The biscuits are good. Didn’t try the cornbread so I cannot compare. But the chicken! The two of us ate all except for one leg of an eight piece order. The sides (fixins) are very big. I loved the potato salad and my partner preferred the coleslaw.

second time having dinner. It can't be beat...great value but most important delicious food. I haven't tried the whole menu just the fried chicken, collard greens, potato salad, yams and mac n cheese. Suffice it to say that the chickens is so moist and tastes great that I will probably keep ordering it!!

Our first time there was amazing! We parked in the parking structure went up 1 floor on escalator, and the restaurant was right there! Walked up, door man says reservation? We said yes, he motioned us to go in, waitress seated us within 6 mins! From the time we sat down till we finished eating was excellent! The ambiance was afro-centric, great music playing, cool vibe, our waitress was great ( forgot to get her name), the food was delicious, I got the catfish, yams, Mac & cheese.. my honey got the smothered oxtails, rice and gravy. He was licking his fingers! My catallac margarita was definitely a grown folk drank!! Needless to say we will go back.

I am not a southern food eater nor am i southern, but i have been to fixins twice now and i still love the food the energy and the atmosphere. Although they need to really find out how to do Gumbo. It taste like gravy. When my mami and a few others made it, it did not look nor taste like that. Just my taste opinion. Other than that my experience has always been wonderful. Thank you again.

We go to Fixins before every Laker game. We used to try a new restaurant every time but Fixins is so good you just have to keep going back! We’ve tried the entire menu at this point and you can never go wrong. The staff is so friendly, professional, and they make you feel welcome from the moment you step inside to the moment you leave. Always sad when Laker season ends because it’s the only time we are in LA and we have to wait months before we go back!

We heard so much about this place and couldn’t wait to try it. Our server Josh was wonderful but the food was just ok. We ordered oxtails, cat fish, fried chicken, yams, greens, macaroni & cheese, smothered pork chops, red beans, black eye peas, fried tomatoes, fried deviled eggs, Kool-aid. The greens, fried chicken, fried fish and blue Kool-Aid was amazing, everything else was just alright. Nothing to brag about, we really expected it to be so much better! To give you a better idea, Roscoe’s Chicken and Waffles sides taste better. Definitely not a place we’re dying to come back too.

It Was A Great Experience! From The Moment I Walked In, I Was Greeted With Warmth, Respect And A Great Service Attitude From All. My Party Hadn’t Arrived Yet So I Sat At The Bar. Service Was Excellent, Ambiance Was Warm & Inviting. I Was Seated Once My Guest Began to Arrive And Was Even Seated Outside On The Patio Upon Request Without Hassle. The Server Was Attentive And Helpful And The Food Was Amazing! Very Nice Experience & I Would Recommend it To All. Thanks Devin
