    Just not quite the value I was expecting. Overall, food was a 6.5/10. Service was 7/10. For $38 for a prime rib, was expecting much more. These days I guess.

    Disappointed in our food and service at Firebird. Firebird is usually good service and food. Ordered the ribeye medium well and it was overcooked well. My parties food came out and they have finished their dinner while I will still waiting for my steak. By this time, I had eaten my side dish and asked for my steak to go. We also ordered salmon and French fries and it was very salty. Service was very slow and took over 20 minutes just to get our bread and butter and dessert was another 20 minutes. Although they deducted the cost of my steak I was still very disappointed since I wasn’t able to enjoy my meal with my friends and family and had to eat at home.

    We had a party of 11 and got seated pretty quick. Our server was very friendly and helpful. We got our food in a reasonable time and everything tasted great. Will definitely go again the next time I am in town

    Food was really good it was just slow service, my steak was a little overcooked. Waitress was very friendly and professional did a great job just took a while to get our main course.

    Overall we had a great experience. The Filet was tender and cooked to perfection. Overall the quality of food for the prices was perfect. I would definitely eat here again.

    The steak was very good, but I can't say as much for the salad and veggies. We have had better in this restaurant, so they are quite capable of making an all-around great dinner. Just an off night, I guess. We will be returning because the food is typically very good, and they are great supporters of veterans.

    It was dinner on Mother’s Day so that was probably why service was slow and we were not seated until 10 min after our reservation time. Very dark and loud so could not carry on conversations.
