All four people at our table loved their food. My blue cheese filet was the best I have had in years. My husband’s salmon was prepared perfectly ( not dry or overcooked. The staff was attentive when needed and stayed away when we were enjoying our food and conversations. All staff noted my husband’s left side handicap and assisted his seating and storage of his walker. Wonderful evening!!

Made reservations for a group of 7 over the lunch hour. The host handling the seating did not provide a welcoming check-in experience. Specifically a member of the party arrived before I did and mentioned a reservation for Juanita (me), she was asked "how many" and she responded 6, not knowing exactly how many people the reservation had been made for. She was told there was no reservation, I arrived less than a minute later while she was still speaking with the host. I stated I have a reservation and had received 2 reminders/confirmations for that reservation. I stated my name and said party of 7 he replied "oh yes we do have you she had said it was for a party of 6". In my humble opinion the number of people she said shouldn't matter she also provided my name so as the host he could have been more helpful stating something like I do have a reservation for Juanita it is for 7 people though instead of 6. Besides that the rest of the experience was good. The server was attentive even though it was a busy lunch hour. Everyone enjoyed their food and had no complaints.

We were very disappointed in our dinner experience. I had requested patio seating for my birthday. They called and said it wasn’t available, however when we arrived there were people on the patio and more when we left. I had indicated we were celebrating a birthday but nothing was ever mentioned. We ordered ribeye steaks and they were dry and not very flavorful. Maybe my expectations are too high, but for 2 steaks and a glass of wine and a bill of $120 I was quite disappointed. We don’t eat out often, and this was a reminder of why, we could have made a much better meal at home.

Our meal was very good. The service was polite and friendly but parts of the experience were slow. The restaurant was very busy. The overall visit was fine.

I brought my mom and sisters here for a Mother’s Day dinner. This review is written with the understanding that the restaurant was packed and extremely busy. It seems that they do not have enough resources in some manner to efficiently support a high quality experience relative to the cost at full capacity. Waited about 15 minutes after reservation to be seated and very long waits for food. The waitresses did very well at checking on tables and tending to us as needed. My food was fine, while my mother’s chicken was dry and overcooked. I’m not the type to complain or be a hassle to the waitresses working hard as they aren’t at fault for the quality of food, but I was overall dissatisfied with the food at the given price point.

I had the 7 oz filet and it was very good and cooked M.R. as requested. My baked potato, however, must have been in the oven for a very long time. It was burned on the bottom. My brother had the garlic butter sirloin and said that it was terrific but his baked potato was burned as well.

Service was not good for our group of 7 with reservation. Server should have written the orders down instead of trying to remember, because he couldn’t. One persons food came out over 10 min after everyone else’s. I had prime rib and that was really good!

A little disappointed with lack of service. Had to get up and ask for water, bread and steak sauce. Waited quite awhile for our drinks to be delivered. Granted a Friday night & they were busy. It was extremely noisy. This was a special occasion and family flew in to help celebrate & it didn’t meet the usual care & consideration . Food was just average fair. We will probably return but not for special occasions.

Would not go back. Nice ambience but the service was lacking. Two of us ordered the salmon, well cooked but extremely salty. It probably has the potential to be much better if the service staff gets some core training. Or? perhaps, this was just a bad day for them.

Great tasting food. Steak ordered medium was more rare but edible and very tasty. Service was very good. Time between drink order, app order and meal order which would be nice for visiting but if in a hurry be sure to order all at once.

Nice place. New to most of our party of 8. Had a reservation and was well attended to. Delicious sounding choices on the menu. I decided on the sirloin steak and chose loaded baked potato for my side. Added on the Caesar salad and wasn’t disappointed. One in our party ordered a hamburger with cheese, no BBQ sauce but it came with the BBQ sauce and had to be replaced. While the staff was attentive and apologetic, the replacement burger was a long time in coming and the rest of us were pretty much done with our meals. I’d like to go back ,when next in WDM, maybe lunch time and have one of their delicious sounding salads . Overall we were very pleased with our visit.

I made reservations about 3 weeks before Easter for 16. That’s a big party for a holiday. They called about 15 minutes prior saying they were about 15 minutes behind that’s was appreciated This was family that we don’t get altogether very often so they told us when we sat down that meals would take about an hour. We had no problem with that because we had lots to talk about. Everyone agreed the food was delicious our server was attentive. Reservation were at one we finished about three so two hours seems like a long time. We probably could have stayed and talked for another hour or two but when the meal was finished we didn’t want to over stay. Any way thank you everyone told me it was a good choice.

Firebirds is a delightful place to eat. I love the ambience, service and food/drink selections. It’s bustling in a good way and staff is accommodating and friendly. My only downer was they were out of what I wanted to order, two hours after they opened. Kitchen needed to plan better I guess. Still loved what I did get!

Easter Sunday, 1:15 reservation, waited 20 minutes to be seated. Then waited over an hour to get our food and half of it was cold. No apologies, no discounts or credits.

We came for Easter Brunch. My wife had the French toast which she said was wonderful. I got the Breakfast Burrito. It was not very warm and the cheese inside had not melted. Bland taste little accompaniment. Try something else.

Fabulous service, great wood fired steak, the bacon deviled eggs were delicious, the superfood salad with the avocado dressing was superb, the honey hot chicken sandwich was sucky and spicy and good, all around a great meal. A little pricey but good portion size and high quality food so I don’t feel like the value isn’t there.

We had a wonderful experience at Firebirds. I ordered a steak medium with a hot pink center and received a well done steak. When our waitress asked how our meals were I mentioned the overcooked steak and she immediately took my plate and said they would make a new one. Shortly after that the manager came over and said they were prioritizing my order and apologized for the error asking if I'd like something like a salad to eat while waiting for my new steak as the rest of our party had their food. They brought a large, beautiful, crisp salad that was delicious. Not too long after my freshly made steak and veggies came out cooked perfectly! The manager then came over to check on me and said they would be covering my meal which was amazing! After I finished eating the waitress said they would also comp a dessert if I'd like which I declined, I was stuffed. This was the most incredible customer service without any request or expectation on my part and the food for everyone in our party was delicious! I will definitely be a return customer!

We went for brunch and were surprised to see such a small menu. For one alcoholic drink, soda, app, French toast and cheeseburger bill was $70. Good drink menu, good service, just poor food selection and a little over priced.

We had reservations and were seated quickly after being greeted with a smile. Olivia was our server and Very attentive and sweet! She was helpful with our gluten free person. We were lucky to catch a few minutes left of happy hour- nice surprise since this was our first time. The setting was good, a little crowded so the noise level was hig but as expected. We enjoyed our experience and will return!

We both ordered the steak. We have had steak from many different restaurants. We both left feeling like we could have had a similar steak at Applebees or chilis in comparison. The steaks were overcooked beyond what we requested, the ribeye was tough and there was very little flavor in both. Additionally one of the baked potatoes skins was so tough, it wouldn’t move with the efforts of a fork. Possibly meaning it was old and had been sitting under the heat lamp or warmer for too long. Overall a very disappointing experience. We have noticed that the last few times we have been there the food quality has declined. We won’t be trying Firebirds anytime soon.
