    Horrible experience. Service abysmal- group of 10- only one person given water and never filled again. Took 45 minutes to get our other drinks, server dropped wine glass on one patron and it shattered into pieces. No apology by server or management. another server hit someone in The head with a plate they were delivering to another table. Food came two hours later and several meals didn’t even come. Food was cold, undercooked or overcooked, and not very tasty. Pretty bad!!! Not one person liked their meal. we rarely saw our waiter. Finally some managers stepped in. Just a fiasco. It was a Thursday night and not very busy. Just poor management. Will never be back. I would avoid at all cost.

    Patio area is beautiful and there is an extensive list of Happy Hour food and beverage specials. We tried the Parmesan Garlic fries, Prime Rib Sliders and Chicken Nachos which were all delicious. Loved it. We had to ask for water refills several times and our server needed to lose his gum. Just not a great look. But otherwise, we had a great evening.

    Our lunch was well prepared and tasty. We enjoyed it. This is our first lunch at Firebirds.

    Dull serrated steak knives. Meat not PRIME. Servers are sparse.

    All four people at our table loved their food. My blue cheese filet was the best I have had in years. My husband’s salmon was prepared perfectly ( not dry or overcooked. The staff was attentive when needed and stayed away when we were enjoying our food and conversations. All staff noted my husband’s left side handicap and assisted his seating and storage of his walker. Wonderful evening!!

    Made reservations for a group of 7 over the lunch hour. The host handling the seating did not provide a welcoming check-in experience. Specifically a member of the party arrived before I did and mentioned a reservation for Juanita (me), she was asked "how many" and she responded 6, not knowing exactly how many people the reservation had been made for. She was told there was no reservation, I arrived less than a minute later while she was still speaking with the host. I stated I have a reservation and had received 2 reminders/confirmations for that reservation. I stated my name and said party of 7 he replied "oh yes we do have you she had said it was for a party of 6". In my humble opinion the number of people she said shouldn't matter she also provided my name so as the host he could have been more helpful stating something like I do have a reservation for Juanita it is for 7 people though instead of 6. Besides that the rest of the experience was good. The server was attentive even though it was a busy lunch hour. Everyone enjoyed their food and had no complaints.

    We were very disappointed in our dinner experience. I had requested patio seating for my birthday. They called and said it wasn’t available, however when we arrived there were people on the patio and more when we left. I had indicated we were celebrating a birthday but nothing was ever mentioned. We ordered ribeye steaks and they were dry and not very flavorful. Maybe my expectations are too high, but for 2 steaks and a glass of wine and a bill of $120 I was quite disappointed. We don’t eat out often, and this was a reminder of why, we could have made a much better meal at home.
