    Despite having a reservation, they had us wait for 30 minutes before seating us. Getting the food out to us was another 45 minutes. I suppose they’re understaffed or I don’t know what the reason is but the kitchen and bar were very slow. The food was pretty good, no complaints there. Just having to wait a long time for everything watered down the whole experience.

    Virgina was a great server🙂 she was patient, very charismatic, and charismatic. I enjoyed the margs and lemon drops. Food was great and filling.

    After spending over twenty years in the hospitality industry, I understand there are challenges and special occasions can cause great demand. Unfortunately, the front of house manager lost control of the day and couldn’t get it back. He was everywhere and not providing value for his guests. Reservations were left waiting 30 minutes before being seated, only to wait another 30 at the table with no drinks, appetizers, no server. When I asked if he might switch the servers because a table that had been seated after we were had drinks and appetizers, and our server had a 10 top and other tables he said he would take care of it. Nothing happened for another 15 minutes. Never did the manager come back and check, but did check tables all around us. Very disappointed. The server had too many tables and not enough time to properly service. It will be a very long time before I go back, if I do. What a Mother’s Day bummer.

    Service was wonderful. We were disappointed in the steaks and my baked potato was a little hard and my husbands carrots were still hard but pork chops, salmon, ribs, and salad was wonderful. Hopefully next time I can get there I will try something else. Overall we had a nice lunch and we weren’t rushed at all and we had kids with us and everyone very pleasant at the restaurant. Even the manager came by
