    Firebird's remains a regular stop for us and it never disappoints. The baby back ribs were tender and delicious (slid right of the bone). The filet mignons were cooked to perfection and very flavorful. The baked potato side with the salted crust and all the trimmings were a perfect accompaniment. The 3-course dinner for $39.95 is an excellent value. The petit desserts (creme brulee cheesecake, bread pudding and chocolate brownie) were sinfully tasty and delicious Our server Hannah provided well-timed and friendly service. Excellent food as always. We will definitely return.

    The service was outstanding! Food took a little longer than usual but since it was Mother’s Day it was expected and it gave us ample opportunity to enjoy the atmosphere.

    Worst experience I’ve encountered in a very long time. 3:30 reservations for Mother’s Day and ended up leaving the restaurant without eating at 5:30. We were seated an hour late and the “manager” claims to have been looking for us when we’ve been standing by the hostess stand the entire time. Once seated we asked about the complimentary bread that never came out and they bring us a frozen loaf of bread. We tell the manager again and as she had done anytime she was asked if anything she disappeared and never returned. We ended up just leaving before the food came out because we had just had enough. Wasted over two hours at the restaurant with small kids only to leave hungry. They ruined Mother’s Day for 3 mothers that deserved the best. Would not recommend this place.

    Our reservation was at 2:30, we were not seated until 3. It was Mother’s Day so I understand they were very busy. We waited 1 hour from when we ordered until our food was ready. We had burgers and a salad with 2 kids meals. I don’t think it should have taken 1 hour for that.

    Mother’s Day so I expected crowd. We had 2:30 reservation and were seated about 2:50 not unreasonable considering occasion. Our waiter was excellent and kept us updated but kitchen was really behind-took us 50 minutes from when we placed order to receive partial order(kids plates) another 15 minutes for adult portions. Most items were acceptable but potato au gratin was way over done and portion dish was smaller than usual serving (out of plates?). Overall it seems the restaurant was doing best they could under circumstances. We will dine here again.

    We had a 1:30pm reservation, on Mother's Day. We were seated at 2pm roughly the same wait time as walk-ins. We ordered around 2:15, our server was delayed in getting to us, and we received our food shortly after 3pm. My Mother and Sister's filets were overcooked, the Au Gratin potatoes were burnt. My tomahawk pork chop was slightly overcooked. My nephew's filet and steak fries were done perfectly. Our Ranch Rings appetizer arrived shortly after being ordered and were excellent. Our waiter delivered our drinks and kept them filled consistently. We had a great waiter. Management took care of the issue of the overcooked filets promptly once it was reported by comping those meals. Everyone I could see was waiting to be seated for about 30 minutes and everyone I could see was waiting a long time for meals.

    The Kitchen was way behind and took over an hour for our food to arrive. Our server was good but you would think they would do something extra to try and compensate for such a long wait.
