It’s a very classy restaurant with a lot of amazing food choices. Enjoyed being able to have a conversation during dinner. Highly recommend going there. 😋

Apps ok but rest of food had no taste and bad presentation. Wasn’t looking for fancy but the food could’ve looked and tasted much better . Our waiter was really good and very Proffesional .

It was a small party of 3 for Sunday brunch. Our reservation was 12pm. The restaurant opened at 11am. We sat on the patio, and we had the entire patio to ourselves for about 45 minutes. The server was Crystal. She was a mess. Wrong drinks, couldn't get the orders correct. I had to ask 3x for juice. And finally, I just went to the bar. We will not be back!!! She never checked on us unless one of us went indoors with a request for simple things, like iced water. It's all about the service and I still tipped her well. I'm all about the experience and I will NEVER come here again and I will be sure to never recommend this establishment.

It was our first time visiting the restaurant. How waiter was real nice, the Salmon with the Lobster fondu was really good. My husband really loved his Salmon with the Southern Style Au Gratin Potatoes. We had a very good experience and would definitely be going back.

The food made my son sick. The restaurant was empty and the service was still terrible. The food was low quality. We will not be back.

While my husbands dinner was perfect mine was nothing but blunders. I ordered the blue cheese filet with mushrooms wrapped in bacon. When it came out it was a plain piece of meat minus the blue cheese and mushrooms. It did not even look like a filet. When I complained to the waiter, he brought me a tiny paper cup with cold blue cheese chunks mixed with mushrooms. I looked at him in disbelief and he brought me another cup with half melted cheese. By that time I had lost to my appetite. We will NOT be returning.

Food and service was good. We were seated at a small table about 2’ from the next table. Actually felt like we were dining with the people at the tables on either side of us. We asked for a booth, for a little privacy, but were told it would be a 55 minute wait, although there were empty booths available.

Where should I begin: I'm not understanding how I make a reservation a month before. I'm called the day of to confirm. And the table and chairs have crumbs on them when we arrive. Waiter and waitress were good; when they were around. Cheese dip was good. My salmon was good. My husband's was charred. I think that does it.

The dining experience and meal were disappointing. My entree (steak and baked potato) was served cold twice. The manager discounted the meal $10.00. The servers need training on the menu options and how to course out the delivery of the meal (don’t bring the entree within 5 minutes of the salad). I will not dine here again and don’t expect this restaurant to be open in the Frisco/Plano area for more than 2 years. There are great restaurants within walking distance and I’ll choose McDonald’s before returning to Firebirds.
