The food was overcooked and the waiter was terrible. The cocktails were terrible. The waiter could not even provide a recommendation, never came back to check on us, and seemed genuinely disinterested in providing good service.

We love Firebirds. We happened up it a few weeks ago and had a wonderful meal. I decided to have my husband’s surprise birthday dinner at Firebird’s and had a table of 12. The restaurant was great to work with. They decorated the table with the decorations I provided and held the cake in their walk-in. The service food and atmosphere were excellent and we will be back soon.

First time going. The food was excellent but the service put it over the top. I wish I could remember our waitress, she was amazing.

Everything was very nice, from the initial hostess greeting to the wait staff, all were extremely friendly and professional! The food & beverages were both delicious & served promptly! We totally enjoyed our dining experience, and definitely will return!

It was my 3rd trip and once again, thank you the food and service did not disappoint. I tried the honey glazed chicken and it was delicious. My friend said the prime rib rare was perfect.

We’ve been to other Firebirds locations in the past and had a better experience. Food/service was quite slow - we’d been at the restaurant for a full hour before getting our food. The food itself was fine, but not what we had experienced in the past. Nothing terrible, but certainly not worth rushing back.

Firebirds is always a pleaser. Great food, great service, and the au gratin potatoes are the best I have ever had at any restaurant.

I'm thrilled to meet my new neighborhood gem. Fabulous menu and service. I've never liked salmon but it was delicious here! Check it out, foodies!

It's recently opened, so it wasn't busy when I went for a 2 pm lunch. The word isn't out yet because their food is amazing. I've tried the lobster, fondue salmon, and chicken pasta, and both were fabulous! Give it a try because the food is exceptional. They have a full bar with handcrafted cocktails. Their vodka-infused pineapple martini is delicious. I'm adding this to my lunch & dinner places to go. You don’t have to worry about valet parking or parking in a garage like I usually have to do at Legacy West or Eddie V’s next door. I'll be back!
