    We did not know what to expect when we made the reservations (I should have checked menu and reviews prior). I would consider this establishment more higher end in the same relm of The Keg, etc. Service- Started out strong and towards the middle of the meal we stopped seeing our server. Maybe if they had stopped by they would have known three of our meals had issues or that we needed refills, etc. Food- We had high hopes. Porkchop was delicious per the hubby, my steak came out after everyone was half way through their meal. It was luke warm (steak & mashed potatoes). For being last I would have assumed it would have some heat to it and that was not the case. One of our children ordered their steak medium and it was borderline raw, the tater tots tasted funny, our other daughter ordered shrimp and found two pieces of hair on them. Again server did not come back until the end of the meal to ask about dessert and left before we could even ask for our refills. Maybe since it was a Sunday night the staff was ready to call it a night or what not but my husband said we will not be back.

    The 3 of us had a great time and the food and service was perfect. The noise level was very high. Not good . But everything else was great. One other thing our waitress was outstanding. Frank

    As always a great experience at Firebirds P83 excellent service from Kiana and Sam behind that bar, great food at reasonable prices.

    My sister was visiting and wanted take her husband and us to "that really good restaurant we went to last last year". Firebirds did not disappoint. Service was accommodating, the music peppy and the lobster fondue salmon amazing.

    We were served our drinks in a timely manner than things went a little sour. One of the guest was delivered COLD chicken tortillas soup, mine was okay I would have preferred it warmer,this isn’t the first time we had a problem with food being served at a cooler temperature. After waiting for some time our guest received her soup. Then about 40 minutes our food finally arrived. The three guest had burgers I had a full sirloin dinner med rare. I couldn’t even cut the meat. Our waiter had a difficult time cutting it also. They ordered another steak and a female manager came and apologized for the steak, my group were just about finished their meals. I ate a little bit of mashed potatoes and asparagus. I couldn’t understand what a small medium rare would take so long. The second steak was average and I took it home.
