    Most restaurants I go to could take a lot of lessons from this place. The server brought my steak and watched me cut it. I ordered it medium. Upon seeing it well done, he immediately insisted on taking it back to get me another one. The second one came out a little overcooked as well. He was going to take it back, but I insisted it was fine. Shortly after the manager came out and informed me, he would not be charging me for the steak because it was overcooked a second time. I don’t know that I’ve ever had a steak overcooked and still be as juicy and flavorful as one cooked medium . But that was indeed the case. The entire meal was wonderful from start to finish. I highly recommend this place ! We will definitely be back !

    Great food and service. Our party of 4 had salads with shrimp and I had the 7oz filet. All were great!

    Very few patrons there yet server was not especially attentive once our food came. Had to get up and summon her twice.

    Firebird rarely disappoints, and when they have, they quickly offer to remake the dish/entree or deduct from the tab. I especially like the BLT Salad and usually order the larger one to share, and always comes split when brought to the table. The ribs are always goo as well as the various steaks we have had. The special birthday dessert was thoughtful and unexpected since I had used a $10 Insiders Code that was sent for my birthday. I usually make reservations although not always needed, but assures that we will be seated quickly.

    Food was great, service was excellent, Nya did an awesome job serving our every need. This was my 3rd visit to firebird and it was great. Definitely looking forward to returning in the future.

    The patio seating and area were wonderful. They had really good options for everyone and the kids menu was extensive. Some who got the steak said it was ok and they weren’t expecting the filet to come bacon wrapped. The Sea Bass was also topped with shrimp, sauce, tomatoes, etc. There was a lot of toppings on the fish that I wasn’t aware of based on the menu (it was good though). The service was pretty good for a party of 11. another more experienced waiter was able to help things along and kept bringing bread which was nice. Overall, it was a great experience and I will probably be back.
