I have always had good service here, but last night was excellent, the staff here and the food are amazing. Firebirds never disappoints.

Firebirds was awesome as usual! However, I wish that they would extend Happy Hour and incorporate a Reverse Happy Hour and weekend Happy Hour.

We were seated quickly at our preferred booth. Our server was delightful. Sea bass was excellent.

Exceptional food and GREAT service by John--TX! HOWEVER, would rate reception/seating team and their (LACK OF) attention to detail as POOR! Arrived a bit early for our 5:30 PM reservation based on the military recognition special day (despite already eating at FB's this past Sun), requesting a booth. Told to wait--which is what we did until 5:40 when I had to approach the desk to ask what was going on. Crickets!!!! All three looked confused and NEVER followed up to ask if we were still there (right in front of them). Did so ONLY after seeing several other guests--some who came in after us--say they had 5:30 reservations and were seated--including some at booths. When they were finally embarrassed enough to seat us, then brought to a table when a requested booth was right next to us. ??? Thankfully, talked hostess into that option. After that, all was fine. This extended confusion is NOT indicative of FB's usual customer service. The reception team was a clueless trio with no explanation for not following up despite being 3 ft away for 10 mins+. NOT the way to start a special military day after serving in the USAF for 26 years. Will now ensure future visits and those of friends know to expect this--or at least keep watch for inattentiveness.

We love Firebirds. We went for the Veterans special. I had the Chilean sea bass and it was delicious. Huge portion too. Ofcourse had the black diamond martini, so good.

Very delicious food, served hot! Portions were so large 4 of the 6 took home a box of leftovers. Possibly have smaller portions and charge less. A Senior menu possibly, even with 4 items on it. We've been there before, but the others had not, and did mention high prices. Thank you for offering the Veteran's the free meal.

For the Armed Services special day, I took my husband and our son, who are both combat veterans, to lunch. (Omaha Firebirds) Our server was Kanneth, and he explained that the offer was "buy one, get one free"; I said that's just fine as I was taking them to lunch to honor them. Kanneth was very friendly, attentive and just a pleasure as a server! The food was great, as aways. When Kanneth brought me the bill, he explained that he told his manager both my husband and son were veterans, and the manager gave us both of their meals as a thank you. What a great server and manager! It's nice to know that one of our favorite places appreciates our military and veterans!

The management seems to value carry out orders more than serving in-house paying customers. The wait between ordering and food service was frustrating as we watched to-go orders ran to the front. Why go back to be snubbed?

They were extremely busy since it was Mother’s Day at noon. They were extremely accommodating because I didn’t want to sit in a booth and we had 2 people instead of 4. The food was the usual good food and our waiter was attentive. The noise level was loud, which is typical for Firebirds, but to be expected on a very busy day. We were pleased!

A steak was burnt, sat us next to kitchen which was very noisy when there were empty booths at quieter spots. Gin and tonic came without a lime, Salmon did not have a grilled crust. Not sure it got wood fired. All in all was a disappointment.

We had reservations for 6:30, but weren’t seated until after 7:00. The hostesses were very kind and gave my 3 year old some tortilla chips to snack on while we waited. After we were seated, everything was fine. Our server was very kind and seemed happy to be there. All of our food came out perfect and was delicious!

I have never had a bad experience at Omaha's Firebirds restaurant The service is always friendly and the atmosphere is relaxing. The food has never disappointed and their selection of beverages is great. Due to diet restrictions of one of my family members, we have to ask for some adjustments to the item as described and they are always so accommodating. It is a very busy restaurant so reservations are always a good idea.

We went to Firebirds to have a nice meal before the movies. We were sat right away. Our waitress was outstanding and very attentive. I got a watered down cocktail and two appetizers to start. The Phili egg rolls and wings were decent, but quite obvious the wings aren’t the same recipe as they once were which was disappointing. My husband enjoyed his burger but I got a ribeye, Oscar style and it was horrible. My steak was over cooked and tough. They added baby tomatoes and onions to the sauce as a filled for the crab. Maybe my expectations were too high, but I won’t be going back.

Excellent steak and bbq ribs. Watch out that augratin potatoes have jalapeños. Our server replaced with baked potato within a minute. Overall, fabulous experience!

My husband's first course salad didn't come out until just before our dinner arrived at our table. His salmon was supposed to be blackened, but wasn't. In my reservation, I told them that I have allergies and that it was my birthday, but I don't think they even read my notes.

Firebirds used to be a favorite. The BLT salad is still fabulous. Ordered filet and loaded potato and both were very dry. Just not the same quality as it used to be and the prices are now much higher. I understand raising prices but don't pair that with lesser quality.

We both had the Colorado salad with grilled chicken. Did they change the dressing? I thought it was more of a bacon, vinegar and sugar dressing. It was good but not as good as I remember. Maybe I had something different before. 🤷‍♀️I still love Firebirds.

The asparagus was cooked better than anything I have eaten it was perfect. The filet mignon was ordered MR and parts were very rare. Service was great and wine selection was excellent
