    Great location, friendly staff, server was very good. Noise level is high due to the high ceilings. The food needs improvement. I had a chicken dish that was very dry with minimal flavors. The sirloin had little taste. Prices are above average.

    Our server was Adam and he did a great job of providing an engaging conversation, but of greater note, I forgot to pull my credit card from the sleeve containing the bill. Before realizing this had occurred, upon arriving home I received a phone call from the hostess, Amanda advising me that she had my credit card. I appreciate both Amanda and Adam for catching this and notifying me of this the same day. Thank you Adam and Amanda!

    We showed up on 5.21.2024 @ 3:15pm with a reservation. We were there for happy hour, we were not informed that happy hour was only in the bar area. That isn't an option when you do a reservation. When we got ready to order I asked about happy hour and she said we only do that at the bar, didn't offer to move us over to the bar, and just walked away. Then we were given the lunch menus, according to her, so the sizes and prices were incorrect. So I wasn't able to get what I wanted, we were given the wrong menus, and my meal was $5 more than what was on the menus we were given. I had to flag down another waitress to get water refills. Our waitress stopped twice to check on us, we were the only table in her section. She spent all her time in the back or standing talking with the cooks.

    Kaleigh's service was exceptional. Menu had options from $ to $$$ Steaks were tender with little fat/gristle

    My wife and I had a very good experience at Firebirds 5.18.24. We have added it to our rotation of favorite restaurants for special occasions when we know we'll spend $75+.
