Went to eat and watch the Thunder game. All of the TVs were not on except for one. Our waiter was very friendly and over top on explaining the menu, but very slow to come back for things we asked for. We received our appetizer before we got our teas. We had to ask again for the bottle of wine we ordered with the appetizers. The sliders were dry and cold by the time the waiter brought any condiments for them. The Salmon was also very bland and over cooked. The waiter did offer some kind of sauce to put on it after we told him it was dry and bland. A different waiter asked if he could sit with at our table to watch the end of the Thunder game, which was odd and we felt like we couldn't say no. Everyone kept apologizing for being slow because they were so busy, but the restaurant was half full and the bar was completely empty most of the time we were there. The wine was great, but we did pick that ourselves and was the main reason we chose to eat here.

Was my wife’s birthday and always wanted to go here. The food was great when it came but it was half an hour before we were even asked about drinks and our wait staff appeared to be MIA. Probably had short staff that day. Staff did take care of us afterward to make things right and I doubt this was the norm for their service. We will go again and give another chance in the future. It’s just a shame it happened on a special occasion for us.

Waited 45 minutes to get seated for reservation. We could see upwards of ten tables that were waiting to be bused tThe first 30 minutes of our wait. I began bussing the table we were told was going to be ours before staff arrived to begin bussing. 20 minutes later it was clean and were not seated until we complained again. The server was rude and slow. The server said the manager was coming to see us. They showed up after 20 minutes apologizing and took our order. Our order was incorrect and over cooked. As our food arrived our server was replaced. The manager did comp the meal.

We love Firebirds and their wonderful food. We have been many times and the food never disappoints. The service is usually very good as well. The prices are really good for what you get. We like the variety of food to appease anyone in your party. Would highly recommend and we will be back soon!

What a fantastic restaurant. Food was excellent, ambiance was so calming watching the water features and quietness. Our waiter was fantastic. I didn’t catch his name 🧐. Working his way through college. Love your specials. I wish you would bring back the pretzel, it was a scrumptious appetizer We will return soon 👍🏻😍
