Wonderful service from our server Elise. Food was fantastic as usual. We enjoyed the Treat a hero special. Our favorite place for dinner! Never disappoints.

Service is always great ! Fantastic food …I do wish y’all would bring BACK the Wedge Salad ! It was awesome ….cant seem to get it anyone ! Thank you !

Absolutely fantastic lunch date with my husband. Large lunch menu with a variety of Gluten Free options. Will come back again soon.

Bogo meal for my husband the veteran. We both had the 10oz sirloin and added mushrooms and onions to the garlic thyme butter on the steak. I had a loaded baked potato and he had parmesan mashed potatoes. All was so delicious! We had the parmesan potatoes when they first opened and they were dry and blah but they got it right now. We finished our meal with the creme brulee cheesecake. It is decadent! Timothy our server was great making sure all was right and refilling our drinks. Our only complaint about Firebirds is the additional $7.50 charge for a side salad or cup of soup. They really should have the entrees come with two sides instead of one. Wouldn't hurt them to put a little salad on a salad plate with your meal.

Food was great as always. The chicken pasta was good, ribs were great. Salads delicious, burgers were juicy and the steaks are always super.

Great reataurant- air was hitting us from both sides at our table, it was uncomfortable but the waitress was kind enough to move us, since the table next to us opened up. Steak came back very rare, was cooked more, but not to a medium rare, more medium. Offered to remake but I was hungry and didn't want to wait any longer. Steak was still good. Waitress was excellent and staff were pleasant.

The hostess took us to our table. We sat down and noticed immediately that cold air was blowing directly down on both of us. It was probably 8-10 minutes before our server arrived and we told her we couldn’t sit there; that it was uncomfortably cold. She said that another couple had to be moved for the same reason. She directed us back to the hostess stand and she seated us the middle of the dining room. It was another 5-7 minutes before the new server arrived and we ordered drinks and food at that time. I ordered a flounder sandwich plain and my husband ordered a burger, no onions. We were told bread would be right out. Our food arrived with my sandwich fully dressed and my husband’s burger had onions. I sent mine back: he did not. The bread arrived as we finished eating. We have eaten at Firebirds in other places and at this location several times, and this was our worst experience.
