Two steaks were ordered and neither were correctly cooked. One medium was well done. One medium rare was medium well. Baked french toast was black on top. Waiter tried to take champagne off without asking. Service was spotty

The ambience is nice with the Firebird carvings and such. We were seated and promptly asked for drink request, and given a menu. The menu choices looked pretty good, but I was little confused with the idea of 1 side with your meal and having to pay a premium for an additional side. We ordered the Tomahawk pork chop with spring salad, and Cajun potatoes au gratin as well as the bacon wrapped filet with baked potato. It was 40 min before we received our meal. In my personal opinion, we paid $80 for the meal and by comparison was no better than Long Horn Steakhouse, and actually would have preferred their food over this which would have cost less. I don’t mind paying for a good meal, and this wasn’t bad, I just think it could have been better. We will not be going back for dinner, maybe lunch .

We had a wonderful lunch. We were celebrating a birthday and a graduation. Two of us got the grilled shrimp and strawberry salad, one person got the Caesar salad and one person got a chicken pasta dish. I got a bite off of everyone’s plate and every single dish was amazing and delicious. They take a lot of pride in their food because I have never had a bad meal there. Before we got our meal our server brought a birthday and graduation card signed by some of the employees to our table for the two celebrating. It was such a nice thing for them to do. The same two also got a free dessert. If you are looking for a delicious meal you will not go wrong by choosing Firebirds. It is one of my top five places for the best food.

We went for my husband’s birthday dinner and they were phenomenal! The service was great and so was the food! We will definitely be going back.

The food was especially good and everything tasted wonderful. Steak was tender and well prepared. Staff n Miss Hope waited on us excellent. Will return there again. 👍

The restaurant was packed and very busy. We received our food very quickly and honestly astonished at how quick everything came out of the kitchen. The service was great as well. This was our third visit to the Murfreesboro location and the food and service have improved with each visit.

This was our 2nd time here and it was marked improvement over the first. Service - Our server was EXCELLENT. The food was cooked perfectly - steaks and pork cooked per request. Time from kitchen to table- could use improvement - solid 45mins from appetizer to entree. Starters - panko rings-excellent Cup of Chefs daily soup - Bleh and a ridiculous price of $7.50 - some kind of chicken corn chowder -won't do again Didn't bother with a salad but was given a complimentary one at check out which was fresh & crisp (Caesar) Entrees- tomahawk pork chop was cooked well, and the charred carrots were.... definitely charred and a bit overdressed with the "hot honey sauce" - not as good as last time but my husband enjoyed them. He recvd the wrong side but it was corrected promptly. Garlic Sirloin - medium and perfectly seasoned. The thyme butter was a lil excessive but delicious and my charred carrots were overcharred and undercooked. I did have A LOT of the hot honey glaze making it taste like nothing but hot honey. There was a sprinkle of goat cheese (accidental? It wasn't on my husband's carrots) that quasi helped but they remained uneaten and were discarded when reheated at home. We ordered the big daddy chocolate cake and it was exactly as it advertised - a big chocolate cake. It was perfect to share, it arrived really warm which I thought was a lil odd but it gave a lava cake feel. The "vanilla bean" ice cream had no flavor but the raspberry coolie was delicious. Overall we will potentially try an outside table on a slower day - the atmosphere is just soooo loud on a weekend and any atmosphere is lost with the pass mngr yelling at the kitchen and the echo of the bar area. Mngmt did come by and was very attentive. Our leftovers were pkgd nicely and we adore the ranch dressing/dipping sauce.

Our server was amazing & the best part of the visit. Food was alright, my medium filet was well done. Drinks were delicious as was dessert. It was extremely cold and continued blowing air on us entire visit. Steak & environment need some improvement but staff very friendly.
