Food came out one hour after ordering and was cold. Salads we forgotten. Drink reorders took 15 to 20 minutes. Manager did come over and apologized but didn't explain anything. Recooked one order and comped 2 orders.

My issue is that the email about Mother’s Day Brunch implied that the brunch menu would be available all day, so I reserved a time but upon arrival was told that brunch options were not available. Very disappointing. Email stated a “start time” but no “end time” and the reservation was specifically for “Mother’s Day Brunch”.

Had a reservation but was early due to traveling asked hostess if we could be seated early and was told no due to several reservations coming in after us even though the group before me at the hostess station were seated immediately without a reservation then was advised I would receive a text when my table was ready about 15 minutes prior to my reservation. My reservation time came and went and never received a text went back to hostess station to be told my reservation was finalized out but would be seated which we were but many others who didn’t have a reservation were seated before me. Apparently they know how to take the reservation but don’t know how to keep the reservation. Our server was good but food service was slow no fault of our server.

Our server was so sweet. I had several people stop and wish me a Happy Mother’s Day; I enjoyed my time there with my family! Food was very good. Food came out when it was supposed to, our drinks never went empty and we walked away content and happy. 😊

Unfortunately, we had a party of seven and service as well as the kitchen struggled taking care of our table. The manager had to step in and help out which was much appreciated. All of our food was good, but unfortunately, most of it was warm at best. Which was disappointing! My dish the Prime Rib was not cooked to the correct temperature. Instead of waiting longer I ate the well done prime rib which really misses the mark for good prime rib! The restaurant’s menu has lots of great choices, and would probably be a good choice for a two or four top party. I personally will not choose here again for large parties though!

We had a large party and they did a wonderful job attending to us. Two servers, didn't mind separate checks and a lovely birthday card for my mom's 86th birthday. Food was delish and the 3 course meal option was a big hit!

The staff was excellent. From reserving for a big party to accommodating each persons needs...it was great! I have been to different Firebirds many times in my life and the Morrisville location has been the BEST! Even better than the Charlotte ones.

Both food and drinks here are much more inconsistent than one would expect for a chain restaurant. Ribs last time were great, this time they were very dry. Pineapple martini used to be good and strong, lately akin to pineapple juice. Kids steak used to be grilled tender, this time microwaved and so rubbery it was dangerous for my kid (sent it back). Service was good as well as atmosphere. May or may not try again in future, but certainly wont return again until I forget the disappointment.

Aside from the crying baby, everything was perfect - as usual! Our server was friendly and knowledgeable and our meals delicious. Have been to Firebirds many times since we moved down from MA and it is probably our favorite place to eat.

Pretty terrible service. Food was fine. We went pretty early on a Sunday for a family meal, they sat us later then our reservation even though we were early and the kids meals came out 10 minutes after the adults meals.

My family and I came here after my daughter’s christening on Easter Sunday. The service was AMAZING!!!! They were very accommodating and friendly. The food was really good we had a party of 15 and everyone liked their food! I would definitely return to this restaurant.

I got the grilled chicken and ended up throwing it out. It was overcooked and lacked favor. The fries were good but over salted. The carrot cake was really good though.

I had the Prime Rib. It was "melt in your mouth". My only detraction was they only offer ONE side so I couldn't get a potato and veggies. Yes, I could have ordered the veggies, but I was already over budget.
