    My server announced that he was new, however, he preformed like a seasoned professional. Exceptional performance.

    Rib dinner was very good and a good value for the price. I went a bit early and did not run into too many diners. It was starting to fill up as I was leaving. My holiday plans for Sunday had changed at the last minute so I am glad i got a great meal at Firebirds! Happy Memorial Day to all.

    The food was good, but we waited an hour for a steak and a salad. We spoke up, but there was no explanation given for why larger tables who sat after us were getting their food before us. The margarita and double black diamond martini were really light and not satisfying, especially when you’re waiting that long for food. I would go again, but hopefully without the long wait and with a bartender who knows how to make a drink.

    John was the ABSOLUTE best waiter we’ve had in forever. Very attentive, accommodating and polite. The ribs special was great, as was the rest of our meal. Extremely enjoyable meal.

    Great place to have a nice meal with friends and family. Food was great and they accommodated food allergies (dairy and gluten) easily.
