Appreciated the Veteran's Appreciation Dinner. Service was fast. Hubby enjoyed his steak and I enjoyed the sea bass and shrimp. Our server did a great job.

As usual the food was fantastic! We got the Filet and Crème Brule Cheesecake for dessert - so good.

Seated on time from our reservation, wonderful wait staff, nice atmosphere ... however, was not aware that if we sat in a different part of the restaurant, we would have received a 33% discount on our four delightful cocktails. Sad.

I gave service a 3. Our server was outstanding but there was a problem with the front end and reservations. We had reservations for 4 and when I called and requested an additional seat due to an unexpected out of down visit from a family member I was told there was no possible way we could have seating for 5. This was verified by a manager. We would have to wait until seating opened up because we were assigned to a booth. Upon arrival we were seated promptly with 5 place settings. Quite a surprise after my conversation earlier. The booths are quite large and there were other booths with six people in them. I was upset with the response to original request, when there was clearly no reason to tell me they couldn’t possibly give me seating for 5. Totally unnecessary!

Beverages, food and service were exceptional! Even though Mother’s Day was very busy for you, our servicer was excellent, and the food was sooo good. And the Double Diamond martini with Pineapple infused vodka, AND the crème brûlée cheese cake were BOTH to die for! We will definitely return!

Our driinks and appetizers were good, but our food was quite disappointing. My son got chicken tenders and they were hard and overcooked. Myself and my husband ordered the steak breakfast burrito and it was not good. The steak in the burrito was not seasoned. In addition, some pieces of the meat was barely cooked at all and some pieces were burnt. The same with my mother in law’s and father in law’s steak breakfast bowls. My brother’s French toast bowl was Good. We love this restaurant for dinner, but we definitely will not be returning for brunch again.

Our server was distracted by a co-server answering the other server’s question when we were ready to order. I ordered the Firebird Chicken spicy pasta. The sauce is delicious but the chicken was overcooked and some pieces were charred. My wife ordered the chicken tortilla soup and the chicken was charred,she didn’t finish the soup. Firebirds is not our go to restaurant. Usually the food is good and the value is there . We will go back but not order the chicken

We had a large party of 11 and our two servers did a great job! We loved the extensive menu options. Nine out of eleven of us loved our meals! Unfortunately the sea bass and grilled sirloin meals were disappointing.

Took twenty minutes for a server to come to our table. My husband had to go to the hostess stand and tell them no one has been with us. The manager did come and apologize. Offered us a free appetizer or dessert, which was nice. The server we ended up with was decent. The food overall was so so. The asparagus was almost inedible except for the tips. Seems like the hard end was not snapped off before cooking. The potatoes were blah. My chicken was good. The carrot cake was exceptional.

During happy hour, we were charged full price for glasses of moscato and Pinot noir. The portions of the salad and side orders were small and the price was high. This was our second and last visit. NOT IMPRESSED

Excellent wait staff and management. We went for our wedding anniversary and they were so prompt and kind. Never had to ask our waiter for anything. He was always on top of everything. Food was great. Price wise a little on the high side but seeing as it was our wedding anniversary we splurged. I mean a side salad was just as much as a beer, over $7. But the entrees were priced well. 9/10 will definitely be going back.

We had a great mother daughter date before my wedding next weekend. The service was fast and they let us take our time with our food and deciding what we wanted. Love this place so much !

We both had the rib dinner, and it was very good. However, the peanut butter pie did not live up to the expectation, it tasted like a store-bought piece of frozen dessert pie. Definitely not worth the almost $11 price.

We had a lovely (and delicious) birthday celebration dinner for 8 at Firebirds. I was just a little disappointed that our birthdays weren't recognized (even though I noted it on our reservation).

My wife's food wasn't good and it was a little dark inside to see. If they had a candle or small light at the table, it would be nice.

I adore Firebirds, however my steak came medium well when I asked for medium rare. Since I was with a family group on Easter I didn’t send it back because I wanted to dine with everyone else. Steak was ok but it didn’t have much flavor and wasn’t as tender as it usually is.

We went for weekend brunch and were extremely dissappointed with the food. I had the Steak and Egg bowl end the pieces of grilled tenderloin were the poorest quality of beef I've had in a restaurant as long as I can remember. I would have said something but it was hard to get anyone's attention. The beef was very fatty and grisly, not at all on pare with Firebird's normal fare. I couldn't chew about half of it. My wife had the Grilled Salmon Benedict; it was ok but not great. When you spend over $50 for breakfast/brunch you expect great, not throwing away most of your beef.

A bit disappointed that there wasn't a special brunch or Easter Menu. Everything was fine but in the past I believe there was a special Easter Menu. Server was efficient and nice but could have been a bit friendlier.

We had a wonderful meal and overall experience. We visited with friends and were not rushed at all. Our server was excellent and the manger came by to ensure a great experience.
