    Our meal was much better than expected. The salmon was crisp on the outside and flaky and flavorful on the inside. The ancient grains pilaf was moist and tasty with a little sweetness from the dried cranberries. The steak filet was juicy and delicious with a hint of salt which made it perfect. The adult beverages were awesome with a generous pour for both the Tanqueray and tonic and the margarita. Our server, Will. I, was great. He came around just enough to ensure that we were having a great experience. No hovering. I hope that he serves us again.

    Prime rib was terrible. Cut of meat was horrible and gristley au jus was funky tasting. Drink was great and spinach salad was great. Went home and ate a bowl of cereal

    The waitress didn’t know some of the items on the menu regarding steak sizes. I asked what the seasonal veggie was listed as the side for the 3course meal option and she said it was a mix of carrots/peppers/onions/squash so I said that is great I’ll do that. She didn’t know what size fillet came for the 3course meal option. My husband order led a bake potato with just butter as his side. When the food came I had asparagus. When I said to her I thought the seasonal veggie was the mixture she said oh yeah we have that as an option but the actual seasonal veggie for The 3course is asparagus. If that’s the case service should come out beforehand and explain she was wrong and wanted to clarify and what my preference was rather than knowingly give the wrong thing. When she did bring out the actual mixed season veggies they werent even cooked. I don’t mind a little crunch to veggies but these were not steamed or cooked practically at all. My husbands potato had butter and sour cream. When she brought the dessert she just stuffed it between our empty dinner plates and walked away without removing them. There was a large table next to us that had messed up orders to the point that one lady had the manager bring her food out and it was still wrong and he had to correct it. Another table next to us had their food come over multiple trips and different side dishes. We went in to sit at the bar for a drink after and the bar was a mess with plastic gloves laying around, mixers, and we watched the bartender hand a couple their bill back and his credit card wasn’t there. The bartender had zero idea where the credit card went and so we watched him look all over the floor and bar for it before someone spotted it on the floor behind the bar. Not worth the price and disappointed at the service. We won’t be going back

    Sat outside on the patio and enjoyed the summer evening. Service was excellent. The wine was delicious. The steaks were not quite done to order but we still enjoyed them. We will be back.

    We went for our 20th wedding anniversary. The restaurant was very nice and romantic!! We had a very nice dinner !! The food and the service was great !! Thank you for the nice experience!!

    Well, last night’s dinner was quite disappointing. Out of medium rare prime rib, kitchen failed to let servers know. My New York strip looked broiled/baked, not fire grilled. Tasted like it had been roasted. My baked potato was old and very dry , even with butter cheese, and sour cream. My char grilled carrots were terrible over cooked. First time I’ve had a meal this mediocre at a Firebird’s!
