Celebrated our son’s college graduation. The staff signed a personalized card and table was decorated ! How nice! Food was excellent as always and our waitress was very attentive. Highly recommend!

Excellent service and food this trip, consistent with past experiences. Convenient and easy for lunch. Also great for dinner - was there for dinner a few days prior, too. Solid go-to spot in Brentwood.

First, the good things. The food was very good, as usual. I know how challenging it is to find servers. Thanks to the employees who came to work. Our server had a nice smile. Am curious if servers are taught not to reach across other diners at table to deliver food to the correct person. That happened more than once. Why aren't dishes removed from table once patrons are finished? I like Firebirds and will continue to go there. It just may not be one of the first choices

Food was okay—a little disappointing. Service was great at beginning and then waiter never checked on us again…. Seems like he could have checked to see if we needed more water or wine or even dishes taken away.

The staff is amazing. Booked a table for 12 for lunch - the hostess was on top of it. Our waiter was promptly asking for drink orders with each new arrival. He circled back to our table for lunch order + food arrived shortly afterwards. Our entire group thought the food was great + the service exceptional (I’m an east coaster, aka a ball buster). We enjoyed the 1.5 hour lunch - no rush, perfectly paced. Thank you - we’ll be back soon😍

Steak was very thick and dry. I ordered medium. Very thick and tasteless. Outside of steak crust was burn. Somewhat disappointing.

Our server, Ryan was phenomenal. The menu had many options for various dietary restrictions. My friend ordered the Philly cheesesteak egg rolls and I had part of one and it was fantastic ! I ordered the Ahi tuna salad. The temperature of the tuna was spot on, but the fish tasted a little bit past its prime. The dressing was a chili lime vinaigrette, but it didn’t seem to have a whole lot of acid which I was looking forward to. I think it would’ve been better with some fresh wasabi and ginger. I loved that the restaurant serves the salad and a chilled bowl and with a chilled fork! I will definitely go back to try other items. I can’t say enough about our excellent service . He was a 10 out of 10 for sure.

My meal was served cold. They prepared it again and it was served cold again. It wasn’t edible but we were charged the full fee.

Lovely Easter Brunch. The Egg Abby bacon sandwich was delicious as was the French Toast and Salmon Benedict. Lots of food. Only issue was delay in food. Not sure if kitchen was backed up. Anna, our server, was very attentive.

Overall a good experience with service & food. We had selected to be seated in the bar area & glad we did. It appears the inside of the restaurant is dog friendly.

Our server, Jones was amazing. We had an issue with the hosti. She was so rude when we asked if we could sit in a booth instead of at the bar. She acted like it was a huge inconvenience to get 2 menus and walk us 100 yards to our table.

I’ve been here before a long time ago but they have really changed as far as the cooks. My food was cold I ordered a NY strip steak medium well with asparagus. The steak was under cooked and my asparagus was cold. My girlfriend had a lemon drop and it didn’t have any liquor in it at all her baked potato was cold and also her broccoli wasn’t fresh it was old. The staff was concerning about all the mess ups that was happening but they really need new cooks.

Our server was fantastic but had to apologize constantly for how long everything was taking. We felt bad for her. It wasn’t very busy but the kitchen was terribly slow. We waited over 1.5 hours for our entrees so very grateful that we ordered appetizers. Our party of 6 seemed happy with all the food.

Deviled eggs were excellent! Our chicken dish was a small piece of chicken that was tough, along with some mixed vegetables that were just boiled, not grilled, with no seasoning! Was very disappointed! I’ve had a pasta dish there before that was great but this dish was over priced and very average!
