    The salmon was overcooked and dry. We have eaten there many times and is usually very good.

    Had BOGO for Veterans so made it a good deal. Salmon and shrimp was really good and our server was a sweet as the creme brulee' cheese cake. We made reservations for 645p through OpenTable and even though we were on time, we were no seated until 710p.

    Great afternoon spent enjoying lunch with a friend on the patio. Although it rained heavily at times, the patio stayed nice and dry. The soup and salad were each surprisingly ample portions - surprisingly only because so often these days that isn’t the case. The potato soup was the perfect blend of smoothness and heartiness. And this was my first experience with the BLT salad - it will definitely not be my last! Finally, appreciated the recognition as a veteran and the free lunch.

    Food was expertly prepared and the servings were more than ample. I like the options for sides which included several creative dishes. We have excellent service.

    The salmon was very good but the filet was a mangled piece of meat with grissle. They messed up my Mom’s surf & turf by putting shrimp instead of lobster. The replacement lobster came out very late after we were all finished with our meals. The floor was extremely dirty with many liquid stains all over.

    We have eaten here many times. I had the Chilean Sea Bass and it was the best meal I've ever eaten at Firebirds. The fish was cooked to perfection and the shrimp that came with it were also perfect. The sauce was outstanding as was the mixed grains side dish and the asparagus. Just a wonderful meal. The only downside was it was really, really slow for a mid-afternoon reservation (3:30). We were seated quickly and our server, Josh, was there promptly and took our order. However, it appeared the Mother's Day lunch crowd had backed up the kitchen and they never recovered. Josh came by several times and apologized for the delay and gave us an update. As we were in no hurry, it didn't really matter too much to us (BTW - there are 252 bottles of wine on the wall facing the kitchen). Thankfully, the wonderful meal which finally arrived an hour after it was ordered made it worth the wait. My wife had the Blue Cheese Ribeye and it was also delicious. It wasn't cooked anywhere close to the medium well she ordered - actually closer to medium rare (which meant I got some of the redder pieces in the center!). And as always, we got a piece of carrot cake to go and ate it later that night.

    I frequently dine at this location with my family. The most recent visit was not up to our expectations. The appetizer was cold both times it was brought out. The drink orders were not refilled by all guest, only 2 of 6. And it took over an hour to receive our entrees. I was truly disappointed with the service, even my server did try!
