Waiter forgot (his word) to bring us requested bread. When my son went to the restroom, his plate, utensils, and napkin were removed without asking and before dessert. Otherwise a good experience and yummy food.

Service was average, had to ask server for anything I needed, ie a straw, a refill etc. She brought it just not very timely. Also second visit I ordered a steak (gave them another shot) and it was over cooked. Ashame because it did have good flavor. (Came out well done and wanted it medium. ) They only offer one side included in meal. I think they should offer a veg. As well or salad and include it in their price.

Took forever to get drinks from bar. Salad messed up three times. Couldn’t get drink refills. Wine came to table pre-opened (a no-no!). Son’s meal was incorrect. My steak was undercooked. Server left all dishes on table (unless we asked her to take them). Bill was incorrect. Mother’s Day dinner was not enjoyable because server didn’t know menu, appeared to never have aired before and food was wrong. Not a great visit.

all the food was very good. I had the Baja pasta which was a mildly spicy but very tasty. Everyone else enjoyed their meals: salmon caesar, parmesan chicken, and hot honey chicken sandwich. Service was great - available but not in your face. Ambience was nice and room was very nice.

We had a great waiter, portions were large awesome food, bread pudding is not yummy at all taste like strawberry shortcake instead of bread pudding

My wife had the filet mignon and I had the prime rib of beef which were both excellent. Ella provided outstanding service and was very attentive.

Scalloped potatoes were cold when they arrived. Server brought the wrong soup. Was supposed to be potato. Other food was great.

The food is good and a great value, but our server literally disappeared/left during our dinner. The manager and others had to scramble to cover his tables. Service has been fine other times, so probably an isolated event. Still, that’s never happened to me before.

Have dined at Firebirds many times for lunch and dinner and the entrees are always delicious. This was our first brunch experience and Firebirds did not disappoint. The brunch menu is offered along with the regular lunch menu so many choices for all tastes. We ordered the Baked French Toast and the Smothered Tenderloin Breakfast Burrito. Both entrees were amazing! Service is always excellent. Highly recommend brunch at Firebirds!

Although I try to eat a low sodium diet, there are a few things that still have a good flavor on their menu. My friend really liked his steak taco and salad. I had a new server and she failed to asked how I wanted my salmon cooked and I forgot to tell her. So it was overcooked. Next time I will try to remember but most restaurants now ask about salmon.

I wish I had dined here sooner, this was hands down the best meal I have had out in several years- the food quality was wonderful, portion sizes very generous- service was impeccable, prices were extremely reasonable - my sirloin steak was huge but it was tender like a filet mignon, my husband ordered the prime rib and it was amazing, their house salad, side items, appetizers- everything was very high quality and delicious! I felt like I had gone back in time 20 years to how service and dining used to be in our area- but this was even better- do not hesitate to go here- we are new devoted customers!!

My husband’s beef tenderloin was cooked well done but he asked for medium rare. This entire restaurant needs a face lift. Everything looks worn and old.

The food is always delicious. The steaks were excellent. The wine was good with the meal. Our server Alexia was attentive and helped us celebrate our 46th anniversary with cheesecake. It was 2 squares with whipped cream on the side and 2 candles. Alexia provided excellent service. Very nice with a ready smile.

Went for rib special. My ribs were cold and had to be sent back. Two out of four had same issue. Manager was very nice. Ribs were tasty albeit a bit salty. All of pur side dishes were delicious. Service was adequate.
