    This location is doing much better in regards to everything compared to the PC location. PC has gone down…glad I have an alternative.

    Excellent meal once again. Never disappoints. We always have great service on special occasions when we choose to dine at Firebirds Grill. Even though it’s busy, we always have excellent service. Our waitress juggled a busy day with grace.

    My grilled salmon salad was superb. Generous portion. The smell is amazing when you pull into the parking lot with the open grill/kitchen. Good place to lunch with girlfriends.

    I eat here quite regularly. The service is usually great but today the server was very pleasant but not alert. Wrong salad dressings, no water refills, mixed up the drinks. This is certainly not typical of Firebirds and it was not a busy day.

    It was my in-laws 52nd anniversary and Firebirds Staff made it a wonderful experience even on Fathers Day ! The food was delicious and the bartender even curated a special drink with my favorite delight.

    Arrived at 4pm for an early dinner after traveling all day and hostess said table wasn’t ready just yet. At 4:15 I asked again and she seemed confused why we were already seated. Waited another 30 minutes for our meal and there were only 2-3 other tables. Food was average and I would hate to see how slow the service is with a crowded restaurant.

    Our server, Lex, was outstanding...personable, friendly, attentive, efficient...bottomline, she knows how to make the "customer connection", which is sorely lacking these days in customer centric hospitality businesses!
