The noise level was deafening. We haven’t experienced that much loudness in the several times we’ve been there before. My wife and I couldn’t hear each other talk. We were sitting in a booth across from each other.

My wife and I decided to go out and have a really nice dinner. We have enjoyed Firebirds Wood Fired Grill for these occasions. Our waitress was fantastic, providing outstanding service. The two dinners we ordered were also great. My prime rib was cooked perfectly and truly enjoyable. Atmosphere was better than any other restaurant we frequent. Nice ambiance in a quiet setting.

We appreciated the BOGO offer in honor of Armed Forces Week. My husband is a Navy veteran and it was so nice to be treated to a meal and to be thanked for his service. Firebirds is a great place to eat, great food and friendly servers. Thank you Firebirds!!

Great food at a decent mid level price for steaks. This is my new favorite steak restaurant in Cincinnati because it is trying to be as close to a top notch steak house at about have the price. When everyone else is doing 60-90 dollars for top of the line steak and. They are able to pull of a three course meal at 40.00 minus drinks. Congrats and way to go. They do have more expensive options but to be honest the 10 oz sirloin in the 3 course was sufficient and thank you for making a decent salad. Honestly most places make a lettuce salad and the dressing aren’t that great and they are small. Their small Cesar salad with the 3 course was huge. The only reason I placed a 4 in service was I didn’t get my drinks refilled as fast as I would have like to. Although parameters as they were I cut a lot of slack since it was Mother’s Day and I bet every other night of the week they are spot on because the server did come back to check on us 8 times it’s just he was being pulled in a lot directions and he hit did a great job.

Totally understand it was Mother’s Day however we didn’t get our entree’s until 9:30 for a 7:45 reservation. We did order soup and salad to start and those came out at a reasonable time but we waited nearly an hour+ for the rest of our food. They seemed backed up but didn’t check in to let us know it was coming ASAP. Love the food just would have loved more of an update felt like our table was forgotten.

We dined at Firebirds on Mother’s Day, which we expected to be busy. However, we waited over 20 minutes after our scheduled reservation time to be seated, another 10 minutes before we were waited on and then 40 minutes before our meal was served. We were disappointed in our experience even though we expected it to be crowded. Next year, we will probably stay home!

Firebirds is a fine food establishment. There entrees are outstanding. I love the pork chops. But the steaks are outstanding too. Excellent wine list cocktails has well. Beautiful restaurant, beautiful staff. Everyone knows why there doing. That's make for a good experience. Go and enjoy today!! HB.

Server was great but restaurant overall experience was poor.. They were trying to serve too many customers today, so it ended up being a poor experience for a lot of customers including my party of 6. So rule of thumb, don’t make a reservation when it’s a busy time. It’s sad that customer service has taken such a hit.

My family had a wonderful time celebrating Mother’s Day at Firebirds. The service was great and once the food came out it was very delicious. The drink specials were spot on. Shrimp and grits and salmon Benedict were a hit from the brunch menu.

Excellent brunch menu. Crab cake and burrito were excellent. I was especially surprised with the kids menu; lots of choices you don’t typically see on a kids menu.

Every time we go to this location it’s a treat! The steaks are so delectable delicious. I had the salmon with rice pilaf. I never imagined I would savor every bite of rice pilaf but it’s like a wonderful flavor explosion with each bite!

Our server Kelsey was attentive, friendly and helpful with our questions. Food was delicious as always, from salad to dessert. Our guest who was celebrating his birthday enjoyed his first Firebirds visit. And we will be back again…it’s one of our favorite places.

Absolutely perfect trip for dinner. Jimmy, the manager greeted us and spent a few minutes talking with us. Very welcome feeling and great table near the prep area where the fire was flaming and cooking the steaks. Our waitress was excellent and the food was on par with any other high end steak restaurants where we frequent. Plenty of workers and things around us seem to go like clockwork. Pricing is fair and the atmosphere is very pleasant.

Waitress was not good. My steak was not cooked properly. They made another one, but by the time I got it most of my group was finished.

Been here several times. Always an amazing experience with very good food. I made reservations for a birthday and was recognized by the hostess however, my server seemed very stressed out and made very little attempt to converse with our table. Birthday was not recognized at the table, and our server rarely checked in with us. My bill had other tables food on it, but she corrected it. I think this was a one off nevertheless it was disappointing for a birthday dinner. When you spend hundreds of dollars on a meal, you would hope your experience and service is above and beyond as well, not just the food.

Food and service were both good. Steak was cooked perfectly to my specification & tender. Mashed potatoes were a bit on the bland side and "seasonal vegetables" listed as a side with my entree came out as being just broccoli, which I would have substituted if I had known. Atmosphere was much louder than I prefer, but not unreasonably so. Would I eat here again? Yes Would I recommend? Also yes

WE HAD A TABLE OF 7 AND 4 OF THEM HAD NEVER BEEN TO A FIREBIRDS. WE HAD AND WE KNEW THEY WERE GOING TO HAVE A GREAT EXPERIENCE. AND THEY DID! WE ALL SHARED OUR ENTREES--STEAK WITH GARLIC BUTTER, SALMON, SEAFOOD PASTA AND THE SEA BASS. ALL WERE DELICIOUS. THE WARM BREAD THAT WAS SERVED INITIALLY WAS SO GOOD. AND OUR SERVER WAS FRIENDLY AND ATTENTIVE.
