Took my daughter and 7 friends for her birthday dinner. Food was surprisingly good. Atmosphere was much more casual than I expected which was perfect for our group. Perfect for a group of various food preferences. They loved it! I’d go back with my family.

This is our place to go for a treat - choosing how much of whatever is available. All is high end and having a little of this and a little of that is delightful. And we LOVE the choices on the sauce bar.

Enjoyed to options and the abilities to pick and choose things to my liking. Arrived in late afternoon, before the crowds, and grazed in peace. Very content. Will go again. Maybe for the Sunday Brunch.

Wasn’t impressed by the cleanliness of the cook station but that may be because you just don’t see many cook stations. The large party next to us was obnoxious, crowding the aisle and taking condiments off our table.

The hostesses were rude and not helpful I ended up with three different receipts with all different amounts on them will be calling to speak to a manager

Food was fresh and very well stocked, the cooks at the grill were super friendly and efficient. Our server was attentive. Overall, a great experience even when they got rushed with two different large school groups.

The wait staff was amazing and really attentive. The food was good as usual. The host when you first arrive was horrible. He was annoyed that we were there. He was on his phone the whole interaction.

Our 1st servicer took our oder, 15 min past he never came with our drink someone else came and took our oder again took 25 Min to get our drink. After we where done eating we waited more than 10/15 min to be our bill, no sing of anyone until I git up and got another service to help us. Bad service

Your staff was awesome. The food was a Little underwhelming. The beef was mushy. Mussels were a little on the way out. Some of the meats weren’t appealing.

I've been there a lot and I'll go back again. Mima family have been there quite a few times and we've always enjoyed the food. The crowd the atmosphere. I recommend everyone should go there at least once. But I guarantee you'll come back again

There were so many kids there , multiple school trips on a Friday at 6. The noise was next level and was so rushed . Drinks took forever to come . Save yourself the trip and go to a surrounding restaurant where you can enjoy your meal . Also was put at some makeshift table that was in the way of people, and had to be pulled away from pole to even squeeze in .

Fun for kids but food isn’t the best. Nice to make different plates and combos but overall not crazy about it. The staff was very nice and server was good. Nice to try one and then move on. It’s more for the experience than quality.

This is a fun experience, especially for kids. That said the servers are stretched too thin because big groups come all the time and there’s not enough clarity on how the cooking circle works so people cut in line all the time. The restaurant management should think about how to improve the flow of the dining room and definitely hire more servers!

Place is dirty. Air handler needs replacing, air filled with grease and smoke. Basically a cafeteria. Cooks are dressed in street clothes. Dressed more for taking out the garbage than cooking. Everything is old, doors, stair-tread, tables, grill.

Our server brought over drinks but then never came to check on us after that for any refills. I ended up having to shout across the restaurant to get him to come over to bring us the check.

Never had a problem before but this time we had everyone else’s food mixed in with ours. The cooks usually do a good job but this time we had everyone else’s food. My fiancé had pasta, broccoli and cheese. When she got it back it had pasta, broccoli, cheese, beef, bacon, pineapple, mushrooms, rice.

This was disappointing from the moment we walked in until we left. I am deeply disappointed that we spent my son’s birthday dinner here. We had reservations but we were told when we arrived that a party of 200 was upstairs and it would be a 30 minute wait. When we finally got to choosing our food, the cook that speaks zero English combined my son’s food with mine, and then they tried to fix it by picking my shrimp out of rice versus redoing it. They didn’t even ask if that was ok, and it wasn’t because my son doesn’t like mushrooms or onions. I had to sit my 9 year old by himself to eat his burger on his birthday, while I went and got replacement food. I wasn’t given priority or anything and watched my son eat his birthday meal from afar. I finally gave up and joined him. It was only then that the server told me I could’ve requested a card to have my food cooked in the kitchen so I could’ve sat with him. That would’ve been nice to know from the cooks that messed up my food, but I guess it’s hard to communicate if most of them don’t speak English. So once I had my card, I went and got the ingredients for a chicken Philly sandwich. I returned my food to the cooks and asked them for chicken Philly sandwich with American cheese, and they took my food to the kitchen. My food took quite a long time, and by the time it made it back out, there was no cheese, and no bread – thus no sandwich. The guy took it back to fix it and then brought it back out with only two slices of cheese slapped on it, again with no bread. I had it at this point, my son’s birthday dinner was ruined. The server tried to save it by giving us a free dessert, but honestly, she should’ve comped one of the meals – I should’ve never had to pay full price, and I very well might contest the charge, as is because I didn’t get what I paid for.

Food was great here as always. It’s a fun place. We made a reservation weeks ago and specifically asked for a table far away from the grill, and they couldn’t have placed us any closer. We were right next to it. Our waitress also was not very attentive, and they really don’t have much to do where it’s all self service. We never got asked if everything was ok nor is we wanted additional drinks. There was an extremely large party from Atlanta that came in after us but that is no excuse to treat repeat customers poorly. They couldn’t have cared less that we made a reservation with a special request, nor did they say sorry.

The server was good and very attentive. The host was not very pleasant. The cooks did not speak English so when my son asked a question they all looked at him with confusion. So I mean the food was good it was fun to watch the food be cooked but all in all it could have been a better experience.

Definitely not what was advertised. Group of 4 with different expectations. Went to Grill 34 and enjoyed our experience with Brian 100%

I had reservations for my self and two daughters. They love that they can pick what ever they want and mix and match. It is so nice to see the food cooked in front of you. I am pregnant so I asked if my food could be cooked in the back and they were so happy to do that for me. I love love love coming here. And making the reservation first was the best idea.

The schtick here is fun the first time but having to find a spot to watch someone cook your food gets old quick. Especially when 2 coach busses of rude French students come in and SHOVE into you. I understand waitstaff is hard to find but we had to track ours down just to get more drinks and it was actually a different server to help us.

Awesome concept and execution, though a lot of room for user error, if you will. As someone who’s not a chef, I didn’t always love my creations. But I had a lot of fun in trying.
