The name “Fiore” originated from Chef Gabriele Ascione’s grandfather, who shaped his love for Ischian history and food. Ischia, a small island off of Naples, boasts a rich and vibrant local history that is recreated in the cuisine at Fioritaly. Each meal has been carefully selected and refined by Chef Gabriele Ascione, who inspires to showcase the essence of local Italian dishes from home.

Fioritaly Trattoria is local gem for foodies. Authentic Italian cuisine with great and very tasty food. We ordered appetizer and it was little late so they served us meatballs on their expanse to hold us until our original appetizer was ready . Very friendly waitress

Wonderful place to go for amazing Italian food! Great service too. We had wine and a limoncello spritz, zucchini flowers stuffed with truffle ricotta, cacio n pepe, and one the specials-homemade fusilli with chicken. I could go on and on about the food. We also had their homemade bread. It came to the table so hot, my husband had to drop it onto his plate-right out of the oven. DELICIOUS!!!

This is my favorite Italian restaurant. The food is outstanding. Mario is a knowledgeable and personable waiter. I live out of state and always go there when I make plans to visit family. The specials are always amazing
