Mixed cocktails ordered. A guest ordered a coke which was brought right away. After more than enough time transpired, no cocktails. Had to call the waitress over. They were made but no one brought them to the table. Inattentive waitress. When entrees arrived, one of the guest's salad with chicken did not arrive. After 10-15 mintutes, I had to flag the waitress over again. "oh sorry" and some excuse about it takes a long time to put the chicken on the salad. The mixed drinks were too sweet and not good. The butternut soup was way too sweet, guest could not eat it. The mushrooms were nauseating. Branzino was good. Overall the quality of the food and drink, the attentiveness and timing were poor for an expensive high end restaurant (or any restaurant for that matter.) Will not go back. Only ate there because a guest was staying at the hotel.

Our meals were excellent. Our waiter was very attentive. We could make up our minds so he expertly split to dishes for us. Best chopped salad I’ve ever had (and it’s a favorite so I’ve had a few!). Great dessert coffees and banana cream pie. 2 of the pasta dishes are the executive chef’s grandmother’s recipes. I can’t say enough good things about this place!

My filet was seared burnt on outside making it taste bitter and then under cooked as I ordered it medium & it came out rare. Maybe mojitos was perfect. Jesus is a great waiter!!! The pasta vodka taste like macaroni & cheese. The food here is awful!!!

Sasha was a great server. I didn’t care for the butternut squash soup but had the best wedge salad I’ve EVER had! It was actually chopped and tossed. Phenomenal. My husband very much enjoyed his steak. Sides were à la cart. We each had two cocktails. Check was hefty but it was a birthday dinner. Super convenient for us staying at the Hyatt - just walked downstairs.

Started off poorly with 3 employees standing talking at the check in stand. Then after we asked for a quiet table to the side, they proceeded to sit us next to a loud group. When we queried this, the seater gave us attitude, despite agreeing to our initial request. Food was pretty good overall and the service itself was decent. Wouldn’t rush back though.

Great service! I wish they opened at 5pm because they had several people waiting for dinner before 530! Love that they had a kids menu as well, we will be back!

My husband and I celebrated our 5th anniversary at Fiorenzo and everything was absolutely perfect! Gokhan was our waiter and he was very personable and attentive. His recommendations were spot on. We ordered the pipette alla vodka and Nonna’s Tagliolini. Both meals were so delicious and the portion size was perfect. Chef Craig came out to congratulate us and it was such a sweet gesture because that’s the first time we’ve ever been able to speak one on one with a chef. You can tell the whole staff enjoys what they do and care about their customers. Next time we visit Orlando, we’ll be sure to come back to Fiorenzo and we’re already counting down the days!

Chevy Craig was a delight, Sasha our server was kind and sweet. Carlos was helpful and did some wonderful drinks for us even with so many substitution or changes. It was loud there was multiple family parties, it would have been nice if it was calmer.
