Great experience with the Fiorella team once again. 2nd year anniversary with my wife went swimmingly. Great ambiance, servers are alert and on it but not overbearing. Highly recommend!

Great service and wonderful food - as usual!! We tried a couple of new things- the farro salad: so fresh and tasty & the non-alcoholic prickly pear drink! Delicious!

Pepperoni pizza is becoming my favorite. Gem Salad and Chicken Milanese also fantastic. Attentive service. Love this place.

Fiorella is the best local spot and the Richmond Fiorella is the original location with the kindest staff always delivering consistently amazing food. Juan served my friend and I last night. He was such a light and truly so great at his job. We love you guys!!

We arrived early and were seated immediately. Ordered through the toast tab app and food came out quickly. Food and Service was top-notch!

The host was rude from the moment we walked in the door. Upon checking in the first thing he said was: we will need you to give up the table at 7:45, so I spent the entire dinner feeling anxious. At 7:46, with wine still in our glasses, the host came over and said he needed the table. Extremely unpleasant experience. Frankly felt close to tears on the way out. Will never return or order from them again (and we’ve been loyal customers in the past).

Fiorella is a great spot for delicious food and friendly, attentive service. As an Italian originally from New Jersey, I'm picky about Italian food. This place never disappoints.

We were sat outside which I was worried about, but they had a few active heaters which made a huge difference. Our server was great! He was ready to answer any questions and very knowledgeable on all of our dishes. My SO and I shared the OG lettuce salad, olives, the fried risotto balls, and a pasta with broccoli and sausage. It was all super tasty! Our favorites were the risotto balls and the pasta. We wish we had tried the beet salad instead! Highly recommend trying :)

The waiter was helpful and professional. The Bucatini alla dungenous crab was exceptional. It paired well with the Pierre Morlet champagne. I shared the chicken milanese and it was tasty. I accompanied it with an Elena Walch Schiavo Rosso. Perfect. For dessert the Espresso Afogato was fun and delicious. The ambiance is loud, but the food and wine were worth it.

The service was very congenial and responsive. Our group was a little disorganized so with me needing hearing aids - the noise from our group did not help.

I make my reservations for their Neighborhood appreciation dinners months in advance--it's really just that good. I love that they do these nights because it makes going out for dinner and having such a splendid service and delicious, high quality meal, more accessible! I noticed that they slightly change their menu offerings for these limited menus every so often, which I appreciate so much.

The pizzas were tasty and had good crust but were a little mushy other than the crust. I should’ve had them bake a little longer. The butter lettuce salad was very good. Service was great.

We dined outside in the heated patio on a cold day and it was perfect. Quiet elegant and warm. Great food… especially the pizza and pasta. I thought there would be roasted chicken as it shows on the menu here… but no it turns out. Otherwise absolutely great!

Our chicken and pasta entrees were quite good, although I think the pasta was over-priced. Also for me, the seating was too close/tight - neighbors at your elbows, which contributes to the higher-than-I-like noise level. Our waitress was very good and helpful. I would tell others to try it, but I probably wouldn't run back soon.

The arancini were spectacular! Next time we'll go for two orders. Enjoyed the burrata pizza, salad, and cheerful service. Fiorella is a perfect neighborhood place.

The noise level inside is pretty loud but the delicious food easily makes you forget. Bolognese and arancini are must haves. Affogato to end the night sent me home full with a smile.
