Fine Company is Chef Roy Ellamar’s new neighborhood restaurant located in Downtown Summerlin. After a successful run as an Executive Chef on the Las Vegas Strip and at Harvest by Roy Ellamar in the Bellagio, Chef Roy is now focusing on the local community, emphasizing bringing people together with great food and company. The restaurant's ambiance, featuring a warm, wood-clad space with colors and textures inspired by the desert landscape, reflects a chic yet casual feel. This ambiance is mirrored in the menus, which showcase Chef Roy's signature and seasonal dishes. Utilizing the freshest and finest ingredients, the cuisine tells the story of Roy’s illustrious career, his upbringing in Hawaii, and his culinary travels. The brunch, lunch and dinner menus are rooted in classics but revisited with quality ingredients and technical execution. The food was excellent. We had the banana bread and whipped feta for starters and then brunch entrees and all were exceptional. The issue was how long it took for our starters to arrive. We waited at least 20 minutes after we ordered to get them with no acknowledgement from our waiter on what took so long. The restaurant was not full or busy at that time either so it made no sense.

Great spot for a recent weekend brunch. The two entrees we ordered were well seasoned and memorable. Must order the banana bread for the table! The service was really attentive, and the decor is relaxing. The crowd included many locals, which was a good sign.

Great place, we sat outside and it was beautiful. The food was amazing and the service was fantastic. Will definitely be coming back. Thanks for a great experience.

The food was really good, the menu is really limited if you want to eat a lower calorie meal. The choices are salads and salmon. I eat enough salads, and I'm not a big fan of salmon. I ordered the lemon herb chicken, and it was fried. I assumed it would be grilled. It's just a little frustrating. My wife did order the salmon, and she loved it, I guess I should have ordered it too. Other than lacking choices for a healthy meal, the food was great, and the service was amazing, we were able to eat outside, which was nice as well. Fine Company is all around a pretty nice place to eat.

Just a great little place in Downtown Summerlin. The service is always good and the food is great too! Love the banana bread.

Excellent food, presented beautifully. Good value and a menu that offers something for just about everyone. Service was excellent. Drink menu included some nice signature drinks. Wine list was varied and reasonably priced. The banana bread and dessert including it was terrific. All in all, well worth a try.

First time and was pleasantly surprised. There is indoor and outdoor tables which we opted for indoor. The burger blend of meats is not to be missed - excellent!
