Fine Company is Chef Roy Ellamar’s new neighborhood restaurant located in Downtown Summerlin. After a successful run as an Executive Chef on the Las Vegas Strip and at Harvest by Roy Ellamar in the Bellagio, Chef Roy is now focusing on the local community, emphasizing bringing people together with great food and company. The restaurant's ambiance, featuring a warm, wood-clad space with colors and textures inspired by the desert landscape, reflects a chic yet casual feel. This ambiance is mirrored in the menus, which showcase Chef Roy's signature and seasonal dishes. We had been meaning to try this highly rated restaurant in Downtown Summerlin for a while and finally had the opportunity--well worth the visit. The food here was innovative and delicious across the board. The brown butter pancakes have the distinct flavor of brown butter. The fried chicken sandwich with a honey-cumin coating was fabulous. The whipped feta with sourdough toast was fun and tasty. Service was excellent. Scallop crudo was a nice portion, fresh, with a light sauce. The outdoor dining area is nice, weather permitting.

Food was amazing. We had to move tables a couple of times and the service was great. They were very accommodating

Last dinner in Vegas with friends at the end of a conference week. We wanted to be well off the strip, and Fine Company certainly is, but worth the drive. Service was a little hit or miss in terms of responsiveness, we had some longer waits at times even though the restaurant wasn't busy. But the staff were all friendly and the food was quite good. Everyone enjoyed their meals, with the banana bread appetizer, which I know sounds weird, probably the biggest favorite. My roasted red pepper and tomato bisque was very tasty and the crispy skin salmon I had as my entree was delicious. Presentation was also artful. The menu isn't large, but they had a few specials in addition to the regular items and we had no trouble all finding things that looked good. Prices seemed quite reasonable as well.

I went for “Fine hour” with a family member, absolutely a recommended happy hour. We had the crispy cauliflower, banana bread, caesar salad and we did order the whipped feta which was regular price, everything was delicious. To drink we had The Bee and Bad Bunny they were light and refreshing drinks and the best part only $5 each. Will definitely be back, we’d like to maybe try dinner but happy hour was definitely a win.

This was my 4th time at Fine Company and the 1st time I've been disappointed. As a new restaurant, I think they are still trying to sort out the menu. We had the banana bread which was excellent - as always. I had the tomato soup, which was their soup of the day, and it was also good. My friend had the burger, which he loved. For my entree I had the chicken which was two large pieces of breaded chicken slathered in sauce. And a tiny bit of slaw as a side. Maybe a half cup at most. I would cut back on the chicken portion, ease up on the sauce and increase the size of the side. Or if you want to do ala carte, have some sides for folks to choose from. Breaded chicken with a ton of lemony sauce and not much else is not a great entree. Service also good. I will give them another try.
