Drinks were good, app was good. Mainly came here to try the burger which we'd heard good things about. It was high quality and perfectly cooked, but the toppings/sauce lacked flavor.

The combination of The Dagny Hotel and Fin Point restaurant was the reason why I chose to spend my 15 year anniversary weekend with my wife in Boston. Understanding that this is Boston and there is a premium for food and stay I knew what to expect. What I did not expect was a $3 “kitchen appreciation” fee, $5 for bread, and subpar service. For a restaurant with dishes in the premium price range ($50-$100), added fees and prices for products and services shouldn’t happen. These prices should already be inclusive of the price of the dishes and customers shouldn’t have to pay $5 for a piece of cold bread. This devalues your brand and instead of showing appreciation for your customers you are instead nickeling and diming us. In addition, the service my wife and I received was fair in comparison to other high end restaurants. I know that I’m paying a premium for the service, the ambience, and the location so please provide that because the price definitely reflects it. Thank you

Fin Point had me at $1 oysters. We got sat at lounge seats which was nice since we were early for our reservations. We ordered 2 dozen oysters, bacon clam flatbread and the Hot seafood dish appetizer. Clam bacon flat bread could of had more visible clams maybe it was more minced. Overall everything was great. We'd definitely come back next time we're in Boston.

20 minutes to get service with no apologies from very rude waitress who failed to provide all the menus. Ordered a martini which was made incorrectly and was served room temperature in a warm glass! Outrageous prices coupled with the very poor service made us leave early after we ordered appetizers of oysters. The oysters were decent but presentation strongly lacking for the $5 per shuck prices. Maybe it was an off night but I would strongly urge you to look elsewhere for a reservation.

Nice place with good vibes . Service leaves a lot to be desired, long wait time to be acknowledged, disinterested, walking around staff It’s hard everywhere, but still hoping for the service to be up to par with the caliber of the restaurant
