Fia Steak is a love letter to the classic steak house, and new sister restaurant to Fia. The intimate 48-seat restaurant offers three distinct experiences with the energetic Grill, elegant Dining Room & intimate outdoor Patio. The heart of the restaurant is the Grill, where guests can catch the theatrics of live cooking on a wood-burning fire. The Michelin-recognized Chef Brendan Collins offers a menu of steakhouse classics, featuring the finest cuts of U.S. beef, as well as handmade pastas & fresh fish from across the globe; Japanese A5 Wagyu & USA Prime beef, "Bubbles & Bumps", featuring great champagnes, paired with "bumps" of the finest caviar, to make every night a celebration. Expect tableside Steak carving of our large format steaks, which complement the stellar service provided by the all-star hospitality team. Food was amazing as always but took way too long to get out to us. We waited about 45 mins after our appetizers for food to get to us

Service was top notch all around. Got recommendations from several different staff on different suggestions depending on whether I wanted wine, cocktails, or steak. All were great. The 2pax California dreaming cocktail is great if you don’t mind sweet. The Wagyu sampler was expensive but worth it. Ambience and vibes were great with music and art work. 👌

Phenomenal food, service, ambience. Unique and incredible presentations, unusual cuts (e.g., Cap Ribeye - fantastic). One of the best steak houses in the world (and I’ve eaten at many of them).

We had a lovely and pricy dinner with our family. Our server was delightful and the food was good, particularly the shittake mushrooms. We also had the creamed spinach, the Florentine steak, the ahi cigars, some oysters, and bread. The owner came out and greeted us, which was nice. Our server also brought out an extra dessert with a candle for my husband, which was appreciated by all.

Wonderful experience. Yes, it’s expensive but we have a very lovely meal. Caesar salad was excellent. Caviar cigar, outstanding! Oxtail pasta was my favorite. Filet mignon Wellington was perfectly cooked. Wonderful wine list. Will return!

Everything about Fia Steak is amazing. The ambiance was cozy, our staff were attentive, knowledgeable and polite, the food was Michelin level. Truly an amazing meal and it made our celebrant feel special. Definitely worth the splurge.
